आगामी दुर्गोत्सव की तैयारियों को लेकर शांति समिति की बैठक, ट्रैफिक और सुरक्षा पर विशेष जोर
कलेक्टर-एसपी ने की सद्भावना से पर्व मनाने की अपील : नगरीय प्रशासन के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करने समितियों को दिए निर्देश
बिलासपुर, 15 सितम्बर 2025/आगामी दुर्गोत्सव के मद्देनज़र शांति समिति और दुर्गोत्सव समिति की बैठक कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल और एसपी रजनेश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में जिला पंचायत सभाकक्ष में सम्पन्न हुई। कलेक्टर एसपी ने नगरीय प्रशासन द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों के अनुरूप सभी से सद्भावना के साथ आम लोगों की सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखते हुए पर्व मनाने की अपील की। बैठक में समिति के सदस्यों ने अपने सुझाव भी रखे।
बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि दुर्गा पूजा के दौरान आमजन को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो, इसके लिए ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता पर रहेगी। निर्देश दिए गए कि मंच और पंडाल सड़क पर न बनाए जाएं, बल्कि एक तरफ व्यवस्थित तरीके से लगाए जाएं ताकि यातायात प्रभावित न हो। पंडालों की सजावट और अन्य गतिविधियों के दौरान भी सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर बाधा उत्पन्न न करने की अपील की गई। एसएसपी रजनेश सिंह ने कहा कि टै्रफिक व्यवस्था बाधित करने, शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने वालों और तेज आवाज में डीजे बजाने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी और चालान काटा जाएगा। उन्होंने अपील की कि मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग का इस्तेमाल करें ताकि यातायात सुचारू रूप से चले और आम लोगों को किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत न हो। निगम कमिश्नर श्री अमित कुमार ने कहा कि 25 अगस्त 2025 को शासन द्वारा जारी गाइडलाइन का पालन अनिवार्य होगा। इसमें साफ कहा गया है कि सार्वजनिक स्थल पर आयोजन की अनुमति केवल निर्धारित नियमों के तहत ही मिलेगी और समितियों को इनका सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।
बैठक में उपस्थित समिति सदस्यों ने कई सुझाव भी दिए। प्रमुख रूप से टोकन सिस्टम लागू करने का प्रस्ताव सामने आया, जिससे भीड़ प्रबंधन में आसानी हो सके। वहीं वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और शांति समिति के सदस्यों ने सहयोग की अपील करते हुए कहा कि त्योहारों का मूल स्वरूप श्रद्धा और सौहार्द पर आधारित है, इसलिए सभी को प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था का सहयोग करना चाहिए। दुर्गा पूजा पंडालों के साथ ही दशहरा पर्व के दौरान रावण दहन स्थलों पर व्यापक इंतज़ाम किए जाने पर भी चर्चा हुई। विसर्जन के समय सुरक्षा, ट्रैफिक नियंत्रण, साफ-सफाई और महिला-पुरुष श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए विशेष योजना बनाने पर जोर दिया गया।
प्रशासन ने यह भी कहा कि किसी भी आयोजन समिति को नियम विरुद्ध पंडाल लगाने या सड़क पर अतिक्रमण करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। शांति समिति और दुर्गोत्सव समितियों के बीच समन्वय बनाकर शांतिपूर्ण और भव्य आयोजन कराने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। आगामी दिनों में नगर निगम, पुलिस प्रशासन और दुर्गोत्सव समितियों के बीच संयुक्त बैठक कर अंतिम रूप से तैयारियों की समीक्षा की जाएगी। बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर शिवकुमार बनर्जी, डिप्टी कलेक्टर रजनी भगत, एसडीएम मनीष साहू, एडीशनल एसपी सिटी राजेंद्र जायसवाल, आईपीएस गगन कुमार, यातायात विभाग के अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात रामगोपाल करियारे, शांति समिति के सदस्य इरशाद अली, हबीब मेमन, सुधीर खण्डेलवाल, शेखर मुदलीयार सहित विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों के पदाधिकारी एवं शांति समिति के सदस्यों के साथ विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
