भाटापारा- रोपा पद्धति से धान की फसल लेने वाले किसानों को इस बार प्रति एकड़ रोपाई पर 500 रुपए ज्यादा देने पड़ रहे हैं तो मताई के लिए ट्रैक्टर के उपयोग पर प्रति घंटा रुपए 100 रुपए का अतिरिक्त भुगतान करना पड़ रहा है। परंपरागत तैयारी करने वाले हल बैल के किराया में ₹50 की तेजी आ चुकी है। यह शुरुआत का दौर है। जैसे ही पौधों के तैयार होने का क्रम बढ़ता जाएगा वैसे-वैसे यह दरें और बढ़ने की प्रबल आशंका है।
धान बीज की कीमतें भले ही ना बढ़ी हो। रासायनिक उर्वरक की कीमतों में कमी आ चुकी हो लेकिन खेती के काम के लिए जरूरी मानव श्रम इस खरीफ सत्र में अच्छी खासी रकम खर्च करने के बाद ही उपलब्ध होगा। परंपरागत हल बैल की जगह ट्रैक्टर, रोटावेटर सहायता से रोपाई के लिए खेत तैयार करने पर भी किसानों को ज्यादा रकम खर्च करनी पड़ रही है। इस में आने वाले दिनों में तेजी की पूरी संभावना है क्योंकि रोपाई का यह शुरुआती दौर है। दिनों के बढ़ने के बाद यह काम और ज्यादा विस्तार लेगा जिसके बाद इन सभी संसाधनों की उपलब्धता सीमित होती जाएगी। लिहाजा इस बार रोपा पद्धति से धान की फसल लेने वाले किसानों को प्रति एकड़ अच्छी खासी रकम खर्च करनी पड़ेगी।


इस सत्र में इस दर पर काम
चालू खरीफ सत्र में खेती के काम को सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित डीजल की कीमतों ने किया है। इसकी वजह से कृषि उपकरणों में सबसे सबसे ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण ट्रैक्टर से किया जाने वाला काम महंगा हो चुका है। पहली मार प्री -मानसून बारिश के बाद कल्टीवेशन चार्ज के रूप में पड़ी। इसमें 50 से 100 रुपए की तेजी आई। अब रोपाई के लिए खेत तैयार करने ट्रैक्टर या रोटावेटर उपयोग करने पर 800 रुपए प्रति घंटा की दर पर भुगतान करना पड़ रहा है। बीते बरस यही काम 700 रुपए प्रति घंटे की दर पर किया गया था। रोपाई के लिए मजदूरी दर बढ़ने के बाद प्रति एकड़ 3500 रुपए लिए जा रहे हैं। यह काम बीते सत्र में 3000 रुपए प्रति एकड़ पर किया गया था। हल बैल का उपयोग बंद नहीं हुआ है लेकिन कम जरूर हुआ है इसके बाद भी इस के किराए में 50 रुपए की तेजी आ चुकी है। बीते बरस इसके लिए 250 रुपए का भुगतान किया गया था लेकिन इस बार इसे किराए पर लेने के लिए 300 रुपए देने पड़ रहे हैं।

काम बढ़ने पर और बढ़ेंगी दरें
रोपाई के लिए हो रहे काम फिलहाल शुरुआत के दौर में हैं। जैसे-जैसे संख्या बढ़ेगी रोपाई का काम बढ़ेगा वैसे-वैसे इन सभी काम की दरो का बढ़ना निश्चित माना जा रहा है क्योंकि संसाधन की मात्रा काम बढ़ने के साथ-साथ कम होती जाएगी। समय हाथ से निकल ना पाए इसके लिए किसानों को इसी काम के लिए प्रति एकड़ भुगतान में 400 सौ रुपए और चुकाने के संकेत मिल रहे हैं।

बेहतर उत्पादन के लिए रखें ध्यान
धान की रोपाई की स्थिति पर नजर रख रहे कृषि वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि धान के पौधों की उम्र इस समय 21 से 25 दिन के आसपास है इसलिए यह उम्र उनके रोपण के लिए उपयुक्त है। रोपाई के लिए दो पौधों के बीच की दूरी में मानक का ध्यान रखते हुए 10 से 15 सेंटीमीटर का अंतर जरूर रखें। पौधों की संख्या दो से तीन का होना मानक को पूरा करता है। शीघ्र, मध्यम और देर से तैयार होने वाली किस्मों में यह संख्या अनुपात में कम या ज्यादा की जा सकती है।

रोपाई के लिए पौधों की उम्र बिल्कुल सही है। दो पौधों के रोपण के बीच जरूरी मानक के अनुसार अंतर का ध्यान रखने पर बेहतर उत्पादन की संभावना को बल मिलता है। इसी तरह पौधों की संख्या दो से तीन का होना सही माना गया है।
