वंदे मातरम मित्र मंडल का प्रतिनिधिमंडल मुख्यमंत्री से मिला लव जेहाद एवं धर्मांतरण पर कठोर कानून की मांग की

रायपुर । विधान सभा रायपुर में मुख्यमंत्री के कक्ष में वन्दे मातरम् मित्र मंडल बिल्हा विधायक धरम लाल कौशिक के साथ मुख्य मंत्री विष्णु देव साय से मुलाकात कर छत्तीसगढ़ में हो रहे धर्म परिवर्तन एवं लव जेहाद पर विस्तृत चर्चा की एवं बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ में कानून में प्रभावी प्रावधान के अभाव में किस प्रकार हिन्दू बेटियां लव जेहाद का शिकार हो रही हैं उनका शारीरिक, मानसिक शोषण हो रहा है।
धर्मांतरण के कारण सामाजिक द्वेष बढ़ रहा है जगह जगह हिन्दू संगठनों के विरोध करने पर हिन्दू संगठन पुलिस कार्यवाही का शिकार हो रहे हैं पुलिस के द्वारा हिन्दू संगठनों को दबाया जा रहा है,अनेक जगह बिना अनुमति पंडाल लगाकर झूठे आश्वासन देकर झूठे प्रलोभन ,लालच देकर भोले भाले लोगों को धर्मांतरित किया जा रहा है,किसी एक व्यक्ति को फांसकर धर्मांतरित कराते हैं उसके बाद उसके परिवार पर, गांव, मुहल्ले को अपने मायाजाल में फांस रहे हैं,छत्तीसगढ़ की स्थिति अत्यंत भयावह है,मित्र मंडल ने अनुरोध किया कि मध्य प्रदेश सरकार जिस प्रकार धर्मांतरण पर मृत्यु दंड का विधेयक लाने वाली है उसी प्रकार छत्तीसगढ़ में भी धर्मांतरण एवं लव जेहाद पर कानून बना कर मृत्यु दंड का प्रावधान किया जाय।
मित्र मंडल के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेन्द्र जैन ने मुख्य मंत्री को ज्ञापन के माध्यम से छत्तीसगढ़ में डी. जे. पर प्रतिबंध लगाने पर माननीय उच्च न्यायालय छत्तीसगढ़ एवं राज्य सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया साथ ही निवेदन किया कि माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देश अनुसार पर्यावरण संरक्षण अधिनियम 2000 के तहत रहवासी क्षेत्र में दिन में 55 डेसिबल एवं रात में 45 डेसिबल से अधिक ध्वनि की मात्रा नहीं होना चाहिए, मुख्य मंत्री से वन्दे मातरम् मित्र मंडल ने उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश का कड़ाई से पालन हेतु अनुरोध किया कि सभी धार्मिक, सामाजिक संस्थानों से ध्वनि नितंत्रित करने हेतु कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाए अथवा उनके साउंड बॉक्स/स्पीकर निकलवाए जाय। मांस विक्रय हेतु प्रत्येक शहर/कस्बे में एक स्थान निर्धारित किया जाए एवं खुले में मांस बिक्री को प्रतिबंधित किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने यथा शीघ्र समुचित कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया। प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने विधान सभा अध्यक्ष डॉ रमन सिंह, उप मुख्यमंत्री अरुण साव,वित्त मंत्री ओ पी चौधरी, स्वास्थ मंत्री श्याम बिहारी जायसवाल तखतपुर विधायक धर्मजीत सिंह, मुंगेली विधायक पुन्नू लाल मोहले को ज्ञापन सौंपा सभी ने उचित कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया।
