यूनिटी हॉस्पिटल में नर्सिंग छात्रा की मौत का मामला : यूनिटी अस्पताल में 15 दिन तक नए मरीजों की भर्ती और ऑपरेशन पर रोक

बिलासपुर/यूनिटी हॉस्पिटल बिलासपुर के संबंध में स्थानीय मीडिया में प्रकाशित खबर कि डॉक्टरों की लापरवाही एनेस्थिसिया देते ही कोमा में चली गई स्टूडेंट, दो दिन बाद हुई मौत शीर्षक से प्रकाशित समाचार में यूनिटी हॉस्पिटल बिलासपुर के द्वारा नर्सिंग छात्रा किरण वर्मा के गले में थायराइड गांठ की सर्जरी के लिए एनेस्थिसिया दिया गया था। तत्पश्चात् कोमा में जाने के कारण मौत होने के संबंध में लेख है। उक्त प्रकरण के संबंध में संचालक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं रायपुर द्वारा टीम गठित कर जॉच कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। संचालक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं रायपुर के निर्देश पर प्रकरण की जांच हेतु मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी द्वारा जांच टीम का गठन किया गया है।
जांच टीम के निम्नलिखित सदस्यों (1) डॉ. अनिल गुप्ता भेषज विशेषज्ञ और सिविल सर्जन जिला चिकित्सालय बिलासपुर (2) डॉ. विजय मिश्रा नोडल अधिकारी नर्सिंग होम एक्ट (3) डॉ. मनीष श्रीवास्तव ईएनटी विशेषज्ञ जिला चिकित्सालय (4) डॉ. रेणुका सेमुएल (स्त्रीरोग) सदस्य निरीक्षण दल नर्सिंग होम एक्ट (5) डॉ. उमेश साहू निश्चेतना विशेषज्ञ (6) डॉ. सौरभ शर्मा (सदस्य निरीक्षण दल नर्सिंग होम एक्ट) के द्वारा उक्त प्रकरण की जांच की जा रही है। जांच टीम द्वारा उक्त प्रकरण की जांच कर प्राथिमिक रिर्पोट प्रस्तुत की गई है तथा प्रकरण की पूर्ण जांच प्रक्रियाधीन है। डॉ. प्रमोद तिवारी मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ने जांच समिति की प्राथमिक रिर्पोट को कलेक्टर के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।
कलेक्टर ने प्रकरण की गंभीरता एवं प्राथमिक जांच रिर्पोट को देखते हुए यूनिटी हॉस्पिटल बिलासपुर का 15 दिवस हेतु नये मरीजों को भर्ती करने एवं आपरेशन थियेटर का संचालन किये जाने की अनुमति नही दिये जाने के निर्देश दिये हैं। प्रकरण की पूर्ण जांच उपरांत छ.ग. राज्य उपचर्या गृह तथा रोगोपचार संबंधी स्थापनाएं अनुज्ञापन अधिनियम 2010 एवं नियम 2013 के तहत् नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जावेगी। यूनिटी अस्पताल में तत्काल प्रभाव से आगामी 15 दिवस के लिए नये मरीजों को भर्ती किये जाने एवं आपरेशन थियेटर का संचालन बंद कराया गया है।
