बिलासपुर।एसईसीएल में कल होने जा रहे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के कार्यक्रम में प्रसिद्ध कॉर्पोरेट कोच, अभिनेत्री एवं भारत की पहली मिसेज वर्ल्ड डॉ अदिति गोवित्रिकर शिरकत करेंगी। एसईसीएल मुख्यालय सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में वे एसईसीएल में कार्यरत महिला कर्मियों को एक वर्कशॉप के माध्यम से सफलता के गुर सिखाएँगी।

डॉ. अदिति गोवित्रिकर एक अभिनेत्री, पूर्व मिसेज वर्ल्ड, मेडिकल डॉक्टर, हार्वर्ड प्रशिक्षित साइकोलॉजिस्ट और कॉर्पोरेट कोच हैं। उन्होंने न केवल सुंदरता और प्रतिभा की नई परिभाषा गढ़ी है, बल्कि बॉलीवुड फिल्मों और टीवी शोज़ में भी अपनी पहचान बनाई। उन्हें राजीव गांधी अवॉर्ड, महाराष्ट्र रत्न अवॉर्ड और PETA का ह्यूमेनिटेरियन अवॉर्ड जैसे कई प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान मिल चुके हैं।

उन्होंने हार्वर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से मनोविज्ञान में मास्टर्स किया है और अब कॉर्पोरेट जगत में वेलनेस और बेहतर कार्यसंस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कोचिंग भी दे रही हैं। साथ ही, उन्होंने शादीशुदा महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए “मारवेलस मिसेज इंडिया” ब्यूटी पेजेंट की शुरुआत है, जिसका तीसरा सीज़न जल्द ही होने वाला है।

कोयला मंत्री द्वारा उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए एसईसीएल महिला कर्मियों को किया गया सम्मानित

माननीय कोयला एवं खान मंत्री श्री जी किशन रेड्डी एवं माननीय कोयला एवं खान राज्यमंत्री श्री सतीश चन्द्र दुबे द्वारा हाल ही में हैदराबाद में खनन उद्योग में कार्यरत महिलाओं के सम्मान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में एसईसीएल की भी तीन महिला कर्मियों को पुरस्कृत किया गया। सम्मान पाने वाली महिलाओं में श्रीमती ऐश्वर्या सिंह बघेल, प्रबन्धक (सीडी), सुश्री पी सत्विका रत्नम, एमटी (माईनिंग) एवं सुश्री आयुषी तिवारी, एमटी (माईनिंग) शामिल रहीं।

कोयला उद्योग में कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर महिलाकर्मी दे रही हैं योगदान

एसईसीएल में लगभग 3000 महिलाकर्मी हैं जोकि खदान, वर्कशॉप से लेकर कार्यालय में विभिन्न पदों पर कार्य करते हुए पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर अपना योगदान दे रही हैं। पिछले वर्ष एसईसीएल के इतिहास में पहली बार महिला कर्मियों द्वारा भूमिगत खदान में अंदर जाकर प्राथमिक बचाव एवं उपचार की ट्रेनिंग हासिल की साथ ही पहली बार अखिल भारतीय खान बचाव प्रतियोगिता में एसईसीएल की महिला टीम ने भी भाग लिया था।
