रायपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के साथ ही गृहमंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू को यह जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के सचिव ने 12 पुलिस अधिकारी- कर्मचारियों को गृह विभाग को वापस भेजते हुए पुलिस मुख्यालय रायपुर को सौंपा हैं मगर सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह हैं कि इन्हें किस विभाग से मूल विभाग भेजा गया हैं ?
छत्तीसगढ़ सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के सचिव डी .डी. सिंह के हस्ताक्षरित आदेश पत्र क्रमांक एफ 2-7/2019/1-7 नवा रायपुर अटल नगर दिनांक 30 जून 2020 को आदेश पत्र में पुलिस विभाग के कर्मचारी – अधिकारियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से गृह विभाग को वापस करते हुए पुलिस मुख्यालय को सौंपा हैं । इस आदेश में 07 उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, 02 निरीक्षक, 02 उप निरीक्षक एवं 01 प्रधान आरक्षक को वापस करते हुए पुलिस मुख्यालय रायपुर में पदस्थ किया हैं मगर इस आदेशित पत्र में उक्त 12 पुलिस कर्मचारी- अधिकारी किस विभाग पर कार्यरत थे इनका कोई उल्लेख नहीं किए जाने से सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के सचिव डी.डी.सिंह के कार्यप्रणाली को लेकर तरह – तरह की चर्चाएं होने लगी हैं । निश्चित रुप से किसी भी सरकारी अधिकारी- कर्मचारी को उनके मूल विभाग वापस किया जाता हैं तो वर्तमान में कहां और किस पद पर कार्यरत थे उनका उल्लेख किया जाना अति आवश्यक हैं लेकिन उक्त आदेश से सचिव डी.डी.सिंह के कार्यप्रणाली पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा होता हैं । बहरहाल देखना होगा कि इस मामले पर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल और मुख्य सचिव राजेंद्र प्रसाद मंडल इस बड़ी लापरवाही पर उक्त सचिव पर क्या कार्रवाई करते हैं ।
