बिलासपुर।नान घोटाले के आरोपी आईएएस डॉ. आलोक शुक्ला के आवेदन को हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है। उन्होंने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा जारी जांच पर रोक लगाने की मांग करते हुए कोर्ट में आवेदन किया था। एक अन्य कोर्ट ने उनकी जमानत की याचिका को सुनने से भी इंकार कर दिया।
डॉ. शुक्ला 33 हजार करोड़ रुपये के नान घोटाले के एक आरोपी हैं। उन्होंने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा मनी लॉड्रिंग मामले की जांच के लिये की जा रही कार्रवाई को खारिज करने की मांग की थी। उन्होंने मनी लॉंड्रिंग एक्ट को ही चुनौती दी है। आवेदन को खारिज करते हुए डिवीजन बेंच ने मनी लॉड्रिंग एक्ट को लेकर की गई उनकी आपत्ति के बारे में केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार को तीन सप्ताह में जवाब प्रस्तुत करने कहा है।
जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई से इंकार
राज्य आर्थिक अपराध अन्वेषण ब्यूरो ने नान घोटाले में ही डॉ. शुक्ला के खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज किया है। उन्होंने हाइकोर्ट में जमानत याचिका लगाई थी। उनकी याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से इन्कार करते हुए जस्टिस प्रशांत मिश्रा ने मामला अन्य कोर्ट में भेजने की जरूरत बताई है।
