बिलासपुर। अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी विश्वविद्यालय और विद्या भारती-छत्तीसगढ़ संयुक्त रूप से बुधवार, 11 दिसंबर 2024 को विश्वविद्यालय में भारतीय भाषा महोत्सव मनायेगा। राष्ट्रकवि सुब्रमण्यम भारती की जयंती को भारतीय भाषा दिवस के रूप में मनाया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर “समृद्ध भारतीय भाषाएं एवं उनकी एकात्मकता” विषय पर विश्वविद्यालय में एक व्याख्यान आयोजित किया गया है। भाषा दिवस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य वक्ता अखिल भारतीय विद्या भारती के महामंत्री अवनीश भट्‌नागर होंगे। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि उप-मुख्यमंत्री छ.ग. शासन, अरूण साव होंगे। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अटल विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति आचार्य अरुण दिवाकर नाथ वाजपेयी करेंगे। कार्यक्रम में विधायक-गण अमर अग्रवाल, धरमलाल कौशिक, सुशांत शुक्ला, तथा डॉ धरमजीत सिंह भी सम्मिलित होंगे। यह जानकारी सोमवार को कुलपति वाजपेयी ने बिलासपुर प्रेस क्लब में पत्रकारों से चर्चा करते हुए दी।
कुलपति वाजपेयी ने बताया कि भाषाओँ की दृष्टि से भारत वर्ष अत्यंत समृद्ध है।भारतीय संविधान की अनुसूची 8 में 22 भाषाओँ का उल्लेख है। उत्तर से दक्षिण और पूर्व से पश्चिम तक विभिन्न प्रान्तों और स्थानों में भिन्न-भिन्न भाषाएँ बोली जाती है। इसके बावजूद इन सभी भाषाओँ में बोला जाने वाला मूल तत्व और उसमें निहित भाव तथा संवेदनाओं में भारतीयता की भावना प्रमुख है। इसी भारतीयता का ही प्रवाह सारी भाषाओँ में होता है। विभिन्न लिपि,उच्चारण और लेखन में अंतर के बावजूद सबमें एक ही तत्व समाहित है।
कुलपति वाजपेयी ने स्पष्ट किया कि इसी मूल तत्व को दरकिनार कर भाषा के दिखाई पढ़ने वाले कलेवर को विवाद का विषय बनाया गया। ब्रिटिश काल से ही भारत को भाषाई दृष्टि से अलग-अलग करने की कोशिश की गई। स्वतंत्रता प्राप्ति के उपरान्त भारतीय भाषाएँ और विकसित हुई। इसके साथ ही कहीं-कहीं विवाद की स्थिति भी उत्पन्न हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि इस भाषा महोत्सव का आयोजन ऐसे विवादों को दूर करने की एक ईमानदार कोशिश है। इस व्याख्यान में भारत की सभी समृद्ध भाषाओँ में परस्पर समन्वय और एका स्थापित करने की भावना निहित है।
कुलपति वाजपेयी ने बताया कि अकेले बिलासपुर शहर भी भाषाई दृष्टि से अत्यंत समृद्ध है, यहाँ अलग-अलग भाषा-भाषी के लोग निवासरत हैं। इस भाषा महोत्सव में भिन्न-भिन्न भाषाओँ यथा; तेलुगु, तमिल, कन्नड़, मलयाली, बंगाली, मराठी और छत्तीसगढ़ी आदि सभी भाषाओँ के सांस्कृतिक कार्य्रक्रम भी आयोजित किये जायेंगे। पत्रकार वार्ता के दौरान कार्यक्रम के संयोजक बृजेंद्र शुक्ला,प्रशांत चौकसे भी मौजूद रहे।
