– कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स, पैक्ड वाटर और स्वीट मार्केट धराशायी
बिलासपुर- बेसन और मैदा बनाने वाली इकाइयां जोरदार मांग से लाल हुई जा रही है तो कोरोना काल में साबुन हैंड वॉश और सैनिटाइजर निर्माताओं और विक्रेताओं के लिए समय बेहद व्यस्तता भरा है। कोरोना संक्रमण के फैलाव के बढ़ते आंकड़ों के बीच घरों में कैदी जैसा जीवन जी रहे लोगों के बीच कुछ ऐसी चीजों के मांग में आश्चर्यजनक इजाफा हुआ है तो कुछ सामग्रियां अर्श से फर्श पर आ चुकी है।
बाजार सुस्त- सुस्त सा है। उपभोक्ता सामग्रियों की लिस्ट में अब पहले नंबर पर आ चुका है सैनिटाइजर साबुन और हैंड वॉश। खाद्य सामग्रियों में सबसे ज्यादा खरीदी और बिक्री वाली चीजों में बेसन और मैदा शीर्ष पर है। बिस्किट्स चिप्स और कुरकुरे की बिक्री में भी हैरान करने वाली बढ़त देखी जा रही है। कुछ चीजें ऐसी हैं जिनकी ग्रोथ लगातार बढ़त पर है तो कुछ ऐसी भी सामग्रियां है जिनकी बिक्री जमीन पर आ चुकी है। कुल मिलाकर बाजार का हाल कुछ क्षेत्रों में उतार-चढ़ाव भरा है तो कुछ बेहद सुस्त चल रहे हैं।
बिक्री में सैनिटाइजर टॉप पर
कभी केवल मेडिकल शॉप पर ही उपलब्ध होने वाले सैनिटाइजर की खरीदी केवल अस्पतालें ही करती थी अब यह हर किराना दुकान में उपलब्ध है। सामान की सूची में भी यह सबसे पहले नंबर पर है। बिक्री का आंकड़ा जो सामने आ रहा हैं उस पर यदि भरोसा किया जाए तो इसकी बिक्री मैं 300 प्रतिशत की ग्रोथ रिकॉर्ड की जा चुकी है। हैंड वॉश की बिक्री में 50 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है तो साबुन की बिक्री में आश्चर्यजनक 100 फ़ीसदी की बढ़त का होना दर्ज किया जा चुका है। यहां पर यह बता देना जरूरी होगा कि घरों के साथ-साथ औद्योगिक इकाइयां और निकायों में भी इसकी खरीदी अनिवार्य रूप से की जा रही है। क्योंकि सुरक्षा अब भी पहले क्रम पर बना हुआ है।
फूड आइटम में बेसन अव्वल
कोरोना काल में आवाजाही बंद होने और घरों में ही रहने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या बढ़ी है। इसका सीधा असर खाद्य सामग्री की खपत पर पड़ा है। जो चीज सबसे ज्यादा मांग में बनी हुई है उसमें बेसन शीर्ष पर है। इसकी बिक्री सामान्य दिनों की तुलना में 70 फ़ीसदी ज्यादा हो रही है। दाल की खपत में 40% की बढ़त आ चुकी है तो अचार और बड़ी की मांग में भी 50 फ़ीसदी की वृद्धि दर्ज की जा चुकी है। बिस्किट में 30% की बढत दर्ज की गई है। खाद्य तेल में 20% तो पैक्ड फूड में मिकचर चिप्स और कुरकुरे की बिक्री भी सामान्य दिनों की तुलना में 30 से 40 फ़ीसदी बढ़त की ओर है।
अर्श से फर्श पर
कोरोना संक्रमण के समय जब संक्रमितों की संख्या बढ़ने लगी तब बाजार में लॉकडाउन सबसे पहले लगाया गया। यह समय मार्च का था और कोल्ड ड्रिंक का बाजार सीजन के लिए तैयार हो रहा था। लिये गये आर्डर की सप्लाई भी चालू की जा चुकी थी लेकिन ऐन सीजन में ये प्रतिबंध के तालों में बंद हो गए। कभी तो मिलेगी छूट की आशा में पूरा सीजन हाथ से जाता रहा। सबसे ज्यादा बिक्री वाले काउंटरों में अभी भी ताले लगे हुए हैं लिहाजा इसकी बिक्री में 80 फ़ीसदी की गिरावट आ चुकी है। महज 20 फ़ीसदी बाजार के साथ चल रहे इस बाजार को अब पूरे 1 साल का इंतजार करना है। इसी तरह मिनरल वाटर मार्केट की भी स्थिति है जिसकी बिक्री सिर्फ 20% रह गई है।
