सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दी सशर्त जगन्नाथ रथयात्रा की अनुमति

नई दिल्ली — सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जगन्नाथपुरी में भगवान श्रीजगन्नाथ की रथयात्रा निकालने की अनुमति दे दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्यगत मुद्दों के साथ बिना समझौता किये और मंदिर समिति, राज्य और केंद्र सरकार के समन्वय के साथ रथयात्रा आयोजित की जा सकेगी। गौरतलब कि इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 18 जून को हुई सुनवाई में पुरी में 23 जून को होने वाली रथयात्रा को कोरोना महामारी के कारण रोक लगा दी थी। लेकिन पुरी रथयात्रा पर प्रतिबंध के कोर्ट के फैसले को लेकर पुरी शंकराचार्य ने पुनर्विचार हेतु पत्र जारी किया था , साथ ही अन्य क ई याचिकायें लगायी गयी थी, जिस पर आज सुनवाई करते हुये कोर्ट ने अपने पुराने फैसले को पलटते हुये जगन्नाथ रथयात्रा को कुछ शर्तों के साथ निकालने की अनुमति दे दी है। रथयात्रा की अनुमति मिलने पर देश भर के पुरी शंकराचार्य के अनुयायियों में हर्ष व्याप्त है , साथ ही सभी श्रद्धालु भक्तजनों के द्वारा सोशल मीडिया के द्वारा उपरोक्त फैसले पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की जा रही है।
