प्राकृतिक उर्वरक और प्राकृतिक कीटनाशक के गुणों के खुलासे के बाद 11 सौ रुपए क्विंटल पर खरीदी
बिलासपुर- छत्तीसगढ़ का नीम असम के चाय बागानों में धूम मचा रहा है। छत्तीसगढ़ के साथ उड़ीसा का भी नीम साथ साथ जा रहा है। चाय बागान में भला नीम गुठली का क्या काम है? तो जान लीजिए यह प्राकृतिक उर्वरक और प्राकृतिक कीटनाशक के काम में उपयोग किया जा रहा है। मांग इतनी ज्यादा है कि पुराना स्टॉक की 11 सौ रुपए क्विंटल की दर पर खरीदी जा रही है।
घर का वैद्य माना जाता है नीम को। वजह यह है कि इस का हर हिस्सा अपने आप में औषधि का गुण समेटे हैं और हां शाखाएं दातुन के रूप में उपयोग होती है तो छाल की दवाएं बनाई जाती है। पत्तियां खाद्य सामग्री को कीट प्रकोप से बचाती है तो तने से घरेलू उपयोग के लिए फर्नीचर बनते हैं। लेकिन इसका फल पहली बार उर्वरक और कीटनाशक के रूप में उपयोगी होने का खुलासा हुआ है। लिहाजा असम के चाय बागानों से इसकी खरीदी सीधे छत्तीसगढ़ और उड़ीसा से होने लगी है। दिक्कत अब यही आ रही है कि यदि नीम के पेड़ों की कटाई के बाद नए पौधरोपण में इससे जगह मिलने के बावजूद पौधे पेड़ नहीं बन पा रहे हैं। लिहाजा उड़ीसा का नीम छत्तीसगढ़ के रास्ते असम भेजा जा रहा है।
प्राकृतिक उर्वरक और प्राकृतिक कीटनाशक
आसाम के चाय बागान छत्तीसगढ़ और उड़ीसा से जिस गुठली की खरीदी कर रहे हैं उसे एक्सपेलर में तेल निकालने के लिए भेज रहे हैं। जहां से तेल यूरिया निर्माण कंपनियों और आयुर्वेदिक दवाएं बनाने के लिए बेच दी जाती है। रह जाता है अवशेष जिसे खली कहा जाता है। यही खली असम के चाय बागान में जाती है जहां इसका अवशेष पाउडर बनाकर उर्वरक मन में के रूप में छिड़काव किया जा रहा है। एक तरह से चाय के पौधों में प्राकृतिक बढ़त मे सहायक बनते हैं तो दूसरी ओर प्राकृतिक कीटनाशक का काम करते हैं। इस तरह एक गुठली तीन काम में उपयोग होती है।
हर हिस्सा उपयोगी
नीम के पेड़ का हर हिस्सा अपने आप में और औषधीय गुणों से भरा पूरा है। छाल की खरीदी टूथपेस्ट और टूथ पाउडर निर्माण करने वाली कंपनियां कर रही है तो पत्तियों की भी खरीदी यही क्षेत्र कर रहा है। छाल केवल टूथपेस्ट बनाने वाली कंपनियां ही नहीं बल्कि औषधि निर्माता कंपनियां भी करने लगी है। इसकी पत्तियों को सूखी खाद्य सामग्री को कीट प्रकोप से बचा पाने में सक्षम माना गया है। नए खरीददार के मिलने के बाद अब यह भी जानकारी सामने आ चुकी है कि इसकी खली में प्राकृतिक खाद और प्राकृतिक कीटनाशक के गुण भी है। बीज से हासिल तेल की खरीदी पहले से ही यूरिया निर्माता कंपनियां नीम कोटेड यूरिया बनाने के लिए कर रही है।
छत्तीसगढ़ उड़ीसा से एक साथ खरीदी
असम ने छत्तीसगढ़ के मैनपुर और देवभोग इलाके से निकलने वाले नीम गुठली मे सर्वाधिक गुण को देखते हुए इन दोनों क्षेत्रो से खरीदी को प्राथमिकता दी है तो उड़ीसा के काटाभांजी को नीम खरीदी में पहले नंबर पर रखा हुआ है। जिस मात्रा में मांग निकल रही है उसके बाद थोक संग्राहक फिलहाल पुराना स्टॉक क्लियर कर रहे हैं और नए माल के लिए इन दोनों स्थानों को सूचना भेजी है कि इस बार संग्रहण में मात्रा बढ़ाएं क्योंकि मांग लगभग पूरे साल बने रहने का अनुमान है और भाव भी तेज जाने की संभावना है।
कीमत, मांग और उत्पादन का अनुमान
असम ने फिलहाल छत्तीसगढ़ और उड़ीसा से 5 हजार टन नीम गुठली की मांग की है लेकिन नीम के पेड़ों की संख्या छत्तीसगढ़ में कम होने की स्थिति के बाद मात्र 1 हजार टन उत्पादन का हनुमान लेकर चला जा रहा है। शेष 4 हजार टन की सप्लाई के लिए उड़ीसा के काटाभांजी क्षेत्र के खुदरा कारोबारियों से संपर्क साधा जाकर चाही गई मात्रा की आपूर्ति के लिए आग्रह किया गया है। मांग उठने के बाद थोक संग्राहकों ने इसका विक्रय 11 सो रुपए क्विंटल की दर पर किया जाना चालू कर दिया है। नई फसल की आवक में फिलहाल तीन माह का समय है।
