कामर्शियल माईनिंग का निर्णय अव्यवहारिक, पुनर्विचार करे सरकार: ज्योत्सना महंत

कोरबा । लोकसभा क्षेत्र की सांसद श्रीमती ज्योत्सना चरणदास महंत ने कोल ब्लॉक को निजी हाथों में सौंपने, कमर्शियल माइनिंग, सीएमपीडीआई को सीआईएल से पृथक करने सहित केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लिए गए श्रम विरोधी फैसलों को अव्यवहारिक बताया है। सांसद श्रीमती महंत ने कहा है कि कोयला क्षेत्र में विदेशी निवेश को आकर्षित करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने विरोध के बाद भी खनिज एवं खनन (विकास एवं नियमन) अधिनियम में संशोधन किया और अब जबकि सम्पूर्ण देश कोविड-19 जैसी महामारी के दौर से गुजर रहा है, तब सरकार ने चंद औद्योगिक घरानों को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए कमर्शियल माईनिंग को प्रोत्साहित कर 40-50 कोल ब्लॉकों को निजी हाथों में सौपने का प्रस्ताव रखा है। यह जानते हुए भी की लाभकारी उपक्रम कोल इंडिया देश में कोयला की जरूरतों को पूरा करने में पूरी तरह से सक्षम है फिर भी कामर्शियल माईनिंग का निर्णय ले कर कोयला क्षेत्र के मजदूरों-कामगारों के हितों और उनके अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात किया जा रहा है। उनके कोरबा संसदीय क्षेत्र में एसईसीएल की कोयला परियोजनाएं संचालित हैं और इस निर्णय से कोयला कामगार अपने भविष्य को लेकर काफी विचलित हैं। सरकार को अपने इस अव्यवहारिक निर्णय पर पुन: विचार करना चाहिए। सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ देशभर के मजदूर संगठनों ने चरणबद्ध आन्दोलन शुरू कर दिया है जो केंद्र सरकार के फैसले के खिलाफ आर-पार की लड़ाई है। कांग्रेस भी इस लड़ाई में श्रम संगठनों के साथ है व फैसले का विरोध करती है।
