रायपुर । सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग , छत्तीसगढ़ शासन सचिव डा० कमलप्रीत सिंह ने आमजनताओं की सुविधा और व्यवसायियों की माँग को देखते हुये समस्त विभाग के भारसाधक सचिव , संभागायुक्त , कलेक्टर एवं समस्त विभागाध्यक्ष को पत्र जारी कर प्रदेश में अनुमति प्राप्त दुकानों, व्यावसायिक एवं अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों को अब प्रात: 05.00 बजे से रात्रि 09.00 बजे तक संचालन की अनुमति प्रदान कर दी है। पूर्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा इन दुकानों को प्रात: 07.00 से शाम 07.00 बजे तक ही संचालन की अनुमति मिली थी जिसमें अब आंशिक संशोधन किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर आज सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालन की अनुमति प्राप्त सभी दुकानों, व्यवसायिक एवं अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों को प्रात: 05.00 से रात्रि 09.00 बजे तक खुली रखने के संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है। दुकानों के संचालन के संबंध में पूर्व में जारी अन्य निर्देश यथावत लागू रहेंगे।।

Heya this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code
