ऑपरेशन तिलक नगर सोमवार सुबह से चालू : विस्थापितों का आशियाना इमली भाटा सरकंडा में पार्षद राजेश सिंह पुलिस कस्टडी में

बिलासपुर। अरपा बैराज निर्माण और रिवर व्यू रोड के लिए अरपा नदी किनारे तिलक नगर में मौजूद मकानों को तोड़ने का काम सोमवार को शुरू किया गया। यहां करीब 129 मकान टूटेंगे। पिछले 2 दिनों से इन परिवारों को यहां से हटा कर सरकंडा इमली भांठा अटल आवास में बसाने की कोशिश जारी है। इसे लेकर एक तरफ नागरिकों का विरोध है तो वही इस मुद्दे पर विपक्ष कांग्रेस को घेरने की तैयारी करती नजर आ रही है। यहां तक कि बिलासपुर विधायक शैलेश पांडे ने भी कलेक्टर को पत्र लिखकर विस्थापित परिवारों को राहत देने की मांग की है। तो वही बिलासपुर सांसद के नेतृत्व में सोमवार को कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन भी सौंपा गया, जिसमें कोरोना संकट काल में इन्हें विस्थापित नहीं करने की बात कही। जब अतिक्रमण दस्ता यहां पहुंचा तो इसका विरोध करने पार्षद राजेश सिंह भी पहुंच गए जिन्हें पुलिस ने वहां से हटाकर कई घंटों तक तोरवा थाने में बिठा कर रखा। अरपा नदी में दो बैराज बनने वाले हैं। इससे पहले अरपा नदी में गिरने वाले नालों के पानी को सुरक्षित बाहर निकालने के लिए दोनों तटों पर नाला निर्माण किया जाएगा। साथ ही तिलक नगर से पचरी घाट तक रिवर व्यू रोड का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इसके लिए अरपा तट पर मौजूद करीब 500 मकान तोड़े जाएंगे । इसकी शुरुआत तिलक नगर के 129 मकानों के साथ हुई। 35 कब्जा धारियों ने स्वेच्छा से मकान खाली कर दिया लेकिन शेष कब्जा धारियों को भी जिला प्रशासन ने खाली कराते हुए सोमवार से ही मकानों को तोड़ने का काम आरंभ कर दिया ।यहां कई कच्चे और पक्के मकान बने हुए हैं लेकिन स्थानीय नागरिक मकानों को छोड़ने के लिए तैयार नहीं हो रहै।
वे इसी स्थान पर नए मकान देने की मांग कर रहे हैं, साथ ही दावा किया जा रहा है कि उन्हें इसकी जानकारी दो दिन पहले ही दी गई है। विरोध कर रहे लोगों को नियंत्रित करने सोमवार को नगर निगम के अमले के साथ बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस भी पहुंची, जहां मुनादी कर लोगों को मकान खाली करने को कहा गया। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अलावा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह भी इस कार्यवाही का विरोध करके देखे जा रहे हैं, लेकिन बिलासपुर में अरपा नदी को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए प्रशासन ने किसी भी कीमत पर योजना को सफल बनाने की तैयारी कर ली है। इसलिए राजनीतिक दबावों से परे प्रशासनिक गतिविधि आरंभ कर दी गई और सोमवार से यहां रहने वाले परिवारों को शिफ्ट करने का काम शुरू कर दिया गया। लोग बे मन से ही मकान खाली कर जाते नजर आए।
इस दौरान कुछ लोगों ने हंगामा भी मचाया । यहां कच्चे मकानों के साथ कुछ दो मंजिला बेहद आलीशान मकान भी है जो योजना की जद में आ रहे हैं, इसलिए इन्हें भी तोड़ा जाना है, जिसके मकान मालिक मुआवजे की मांग कर रहे हैं। प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने बताया तो कि यह तो शुरुआत भर है, जल्द ही अरपा के दोनों तटों पर मौजूद चिन्हित सभी मकानों को इसी तरह तोड़ा जाएगा, जिसके पहले सभी विस्थापितों को सरकंडा के अशोक नगर स्थित नए अटल आवास में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा।
