जिले में सभी शासकीय कार्यालय संचालित होंगें दुकानें और व्यावसायिक संस्थान सप्ताह के छह दिन
स्ट्रीट वेंडरों के लिए स्थानीय निकाय तय करेंगे स्थान और समयअंतर्राज्यीय बसों का परिचालन प्रतिबंधित रहेगा रेड और आरेंज जोन का निर्धारण स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा
रायपुर।। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल की अध्यक्षता में गत दिवस आयोजित उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार राज्य शासन द्वारा आर्थिक गतिविधियों के संचालन, क्वारेंटीन सेंटर्स की व्यवस्थाओं, रेड, आरेंज जोन निर्धारण के संबंध में विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए है। जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार मई माह के अंतिम शनिवार-रविवार को होने वाले पूर्ण लाॅकडाउन को निरस्त कर दिया गया है। इसलिए आगामी शनिवार और रविवार को पूर्ण लाॅकडाउन नहीं रहेगा। सभी दुकानें और संस्थान जो भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय अथवा राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रतिबंधित नहीं हैं वे सप्ताह के छह दिन सुबह सात बजे से शाम सात बजे तक खुली रहेंगी।
दुकानें और व्यावसायिक संस्थान पहले की तरह खुलेंगी लेकिन वर्तमान में जारी समय सीमा और सप्ताहिक अवकाश का पालन करना होगा। बाजार पूर्व में निर्धारित दिनों और व्यवस्था के अनुसार वर्तमान में तय समय के अनुसार खोले जाएंगे। बहुत घने बाजारों में भीड़ को कम करने के लिए स्थानीय स्तर पर व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएंगी। सड़क किनारे सामान बेचने वालों (स्ट्रीटवेंर्डस) के लिए स्थानीय निकायों द्वारा स्थान और समय का निर्धारण कर फिजिकल डिस्टेंस का पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। इन व्यवस्थाओं को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्थानीय व्यापारी संघों के साथ चर्चा के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
व्यावसायिक आटो और टैक्सियों का परिचालन 28 मई से परिवहन विभाग द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार शुरू हो गया है। अंतर्राज्यीय व्यावसायिक बसों और अंतर्राज्यीय व्यावसायिक टैक्सियों का परिचालन आगामी आदेश तक प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। अंतर्राज्यीय आवागमन ई-पास के जरिए हो सकेगा। ई-पास एप को विभिन्न श्रेणियों के लिए स्वचालित रूप से ई-पास जारी करने के लिए अपडेट किया गया है। ट्रेन, टैक्सी, आटो एवं बस से यात्रियों को चिन्हित मार्ग से उनके गंतव्य तक जाने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। इन वाहनों में यात्रियों की संख्या बैठक क्षमता से अधिक न हो और यात्रियों को अनिवार्य रूप से माॅस्क पहनना होगा और फिजिकल डिस्टेंस बनाए रखना होगा।
