दूध की मांग हुई डबल सप्लाई में छूट रहा पसीना

कड़ी शर्तों के साथ स्वीट कॉर्नर और होटलों को कारोबार की अनुमति से डेयरियों में मांग का दबाव, सामान्य होने में कम से कम 2 माह का समय लगने की संभावना

बलोदा बाजार- कड़ी शर्तों के साथ कारोबार की मिली अनुमति के बाद होटल और स्वीट कॉर्नर की मांग से दूध कारोबार में उछाल और परेशानी दोनों देखी जा रही है। उछाल से मांग में इजाफा और परेशानी इस बात की बनने लगी है कि मांग के अनुरूप दूध की आपूर्ति कैसे जल्द बढ़ाई जाए। विभाग ने भी इस काम में मदद की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है लेकिन मानकर चला जा रहा है कि मांग और आपूर्ति के बीच बन चुकी गहरी खाई को पाटने में कम से कम एक माह का समय लग सकता है।
कोरोना संकट के साथ चालू हुए लॉक डाउन के पहले और दूसरे चरण में जो सख्ती दिखाई गई इसका असर दूसरे कारोबार की तरह दुग्ध उत्पादन करने वाली डेयरियों पर भी पड़ा। 70 से 80 हजार लीटर प्रतिदिन दुग्ध उत्पादन वाले इस जिले मैं यह समस्या तेजी से आई कि कारोबार का समय एक झटके में कम कर दिया गया। डेयरियों को शाम को कारोबार की अनुमति नहीं दी गई। सुबह के समय को घटा दिया गया। इसका असर उत्पादित मात्रा के निपटान को लेकर संकट के रूप में सामने आया। समय पर निदान नहीं होने से बचने वाला दूध वापस चारे के साथ दिया जाने लगा। इस बीच विभाग तक पहुंची जानकारी के बाद सलाह जारी हुई कि वह बचा हुआ दूध पशु आहार में डालने से बचें और दही जमा कर घी उत्पादन करें। तब कहीं जाकर स्थिति संभाली जा सकी।

डेयरियों ने उत्पादन घटाया
छोटी डेयरियो ने तो किसी तरह खुद को संभाले रखा लेकिन बड़ी डेयरियां संकट का सामना नहीं कर सकी। घी बनाया लेकिन मांग नहीं निकली। ऐसे में ऐसी डेयरियों ने दुधारू मवेशियों को दी जाने वाली आहार की मात्रा घटानी चालू कर दी। दूध उत्पादन के दूसरे प्राकृतिक उपाय पूरी तरह बंद कर दिए गए। इसका असर दुग्ध उत्पादन की घटती मात्रा के रूप में तेजी से सामने आया। अब यह कुल उत्पादन क्षमता से घट कर आधा पर आ चुका है।

70 नहीं 35हजार लीटर
लॉक डाउन के बढ़ते दिनों के बीच उपजे संकट को देखते हुए होटल और स्वीट कॉर्नरो को कड़ी शर्तों के साथ कारोबार की अनुमति मिली। इससे 2 माह से गोता लगा रही डेयरियों को संजीवनी मिली है। मांग में एक बार फिर से वृद्धि होने लगी है लेकिन सामान्य दिनों में रोजाना 70000 लीटर दूध उत्पादन करने वाले जिले में 35000 लीटर दूध का ही उत्पादन हो रहा है। मांग और आपूर्ति के बीच अंतर की गहरी खाई है और इसे पाटने और सामान्य करने में भी कम से कम एक माह का समय लगने की संभावना है।

धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाएंगे उत्पादन
पशुपालन विभाग मांग और आपूर्ति के बीच बन चुके इस गहरे अंतर पर पूरी गंभीरता के साथ नजर रखे हुए हैं। विभाग का मानना है कि एक बार उत्पादन घटाने के बाद फिर से सामान्य करने में कम से कम 1 से 2 माह का समय लगेगा क्योंकि आहार की मात्रा एकदम से बढ़ाने में मवेशियों का पाचन तंत्र गड़बड़ा सकता है। इसलिए धीरे धीरे ही आहार की मात्रा बढ़ाई जाएगी जिससे दूध का उत्पादन भी बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी।
