सिम्स के 92 जूनियर चिकित्सकों इस्तीफा देने विवश: अपने विभाग के प्रशासनिक आतंक से त्रस्त

बिलासपुर अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान के जूनियर रेसिडेंट चिकित्सक जो लगभग 92 की संख्या में कार्यरत हैं । जो की 2014 बैच के नवीन पदस्थ जूनियर रेसिडेंट चिकित्सक हैं जिन्हें डी. एम. इ. के आदेश एवं डिन के निर्देश पर इंटर्नशिप उपरांत जूनियर रेसिडेंट के पद पर पदस्थ किया गया है। इस सेवा अवधि को 2 वर्ष ग्रामीण सेवा अवधि में सम्मिलित करना प्राथमिक मुद्दा है। दुर्भाग्य का विषय यह है कि पिछले 2 माह से वेतन ना मिलने की वजह आर्थिक दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है इन कारणों से विवश होते हुए सभी 92 चिकित्सकों ने अधिष्ठता को पत्र लिखकर अपने इस्तीफे की पेशकश की है । इसी मसले को लेकर रायगढ़, राजनांदगांव , रायपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज के नव पदस्थ जूनियर रेजीडेंट चिकित्सक भी अधिक संख्या में इस्तीफा आज दे चुके हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग और सेवा भाव में तत्पर जूनियर चिकित्सकों के लिए बेहद ही चिंतनीय और गंभीर विषय है। छत्तीसगढ़ स्वास्थ्य विभाग को इस पर विचार करते हुए । चिकित्सकों की मांग को गंभीरता से लेनी चाहिए साथ ही सकारात्मक निर्णय पर विचार करनी चाहिए।
