बिलासपुर । जिला अस्पताल जो कि स्वयं के गंभीर हालात में सांसे गिन रही हैं । वही इसी जिला अस्पताल की पुरानी बिल्डिंग को कोविड-19 हॉस्पिटल बना दिया गया है । जन सामान्य को उपचार के लिए पहुंचने वाले को परेशानी बढ़ती ही जा रही है । दूरदराज से ऑपरेशन व डायलिसिस कराने आ रहे मरीजों को सिम्स भेजा जा रहा है । कई दिनों से दो भर्ती किडनी पेशेंट को सिम्स भेज दिया गया । कोविड-19 हॉस्पिटल बनाने के कारण जिला अस्पताल की ओपीडी सुविधा बंद कर दी गई है ।वहीं जिला अस्पताल के एक टीवी यूनिट को भी सिम्स में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया है ।इलाज के लिए लोग इधर-उधर भटक रहे हैं ।आनन-फानन में आधे अधूरे निर्मित कोविड-19 हॉस्पिटल के रूप में विकसित जिला अस्पताल जहां खुद अपनी ही मूलभूत सुविधाओं को तरस रहा है , जिला अस्पताल आधा- अधूरा कोविड-19 की बद से बदतर है । इधर मरीजों स्टेचर की मोहताज वही जांजगीर के बाद कोरबा के कोरोना पेशेंट को जो संक्रमित हैं । यहीं बिलासपुर में भर्ती कर दिया गया है । अस्पताल में सुविधा के नाम पर हालत बिगड़ती जा रही है।
कहीं ऐसा ना हो हमारा बिलासपुर रेड जोन में न आ जाए ।जनप्रतिनिधि व स्वास्थ्य अमला अपनी डफली अपना राग अलाप रहे हैं । आमजन की सुविधा पर किसी को किसी तरह की सरोकार नहीं है । नगरवासी व अंचल वासी मरे तो मरे अपनी बला से,,,,,,हमे तो वाह- वाही लेनी है ।
हमारी स्थिति नियंत्रण में थी लेकिन अब बाहर से लौटने वाले मजदूरो ने पूरा समीकरण बिगाड़ कर रख दिया हैं।
बिलासपुर में खतरा बहुत बढ़ चुका है।
कोविड अस्पताल में अलग से सेफ्टी टैंक और शॉकपिट की व्यवस्था होनी थी लेकिन समय अभाव में हो नहीं पाया ..
अभी पुराने सेप्टिक टैंक और नालियो में ही इन मरीजों का मल मूत्र थूक लार सब जा रहा है,
जो सामान्य नालियों से होते हुए पूरे शहर में घूम कर अरपा नदी में जाकर मिलेगा ।अरपा नदी गोकने नाले के पास सब्जियां उगाई जाती है जिन्हें उसी पानी से बेचने के पहले ही धोया जाता है। मुमकिन है यह वायरस नाली के पानी से पूरे शहर में दौड़ने लगेगा और ना जाने कितनों को संक्रमित करेगा।
यही वायरस अरपा नदी तक पहुंच गया तो फिर स्थिति की भयावहता की आप कल्पना नहीं कर सकते हैं ।
हालात बस बेकाबू होने ही वाले हैं..
