तिलक नगर में कांग्रेस भवन से लगे सामुदायिक भवन में ठहरे प्रवासी श्रमिक बढ़ा रहे हैं संक्रमण की आशंका

बिलासपुर। शहर के तिलक नगर में कांग्रेस भवन से लगे सामुदायिक भवन में ठहरे श्रमिक पूरे क्षेत्र में कोरोनावायरस कोविड-19 के संक्रमण की आशंका बढ़ा रहे हैं। इन श्रमिकों की बेरोकटोक आवाजाही छत्तीसगढ़ भवन कांग्रेस भवन और उसके आसपास जिस तरह बेखौफ हो रही है। उसे देखकर डर लगने लगा है। इनके रात के भोजन का जूठा-काठा,टुडी-मुडी पत्तलों समेत सामुदायिक भवन के बाहर सड़क किनारे फेंक दिया गया है।
श्रमिक पूरे छत्तीसगढ़ भवन से लेकर कांग्रेस भवन तक बगरे हुए हैं। जिन्हें जहां मन पड़ रहा है, वहां जा रहे हैं। इनमें से ही किसी ने ऑटो बुला लिया है।और उसमें ठूंसठास कर घुसे दस-बारह प्रवासी श्रमिक ना मालूम कहां जा रहे हैं..? ना कोई देखने वाला है और ना कोई रोकने-टोकने वाला…! कोई बीड़ी पी रहा है, कोई यहां वहां घूम घूम कर गुड़ाखू कर रहा है। कुछ लोगों का झुंड छत्तीसगढ़ भवन जाकर बाटल में पानी भरकर ला रहा है। ईश्वर ना करें कि इनसे तिलक नगर छत्तीसगढ़ भवन और कांग्रेश भवन समेत आसपास के क्षेत्र में संक्रमण का खतरा क्षेत्र में फैले। डर यह लग रहा है कि इसी तरह बिलासपुर के अनेक सामुदायिक भवनों तथा ठिकानों में बड़ी संख्या में प्रवासी श्रमिकों को रखा गया है।अगर वहां भी अव्यवस्था व अराजकता का आलम होगा..! तब फिर कोरोनावायरस कोविड-19 के लिहाज से आने वाले दिनों में बिलासपुर का भगवान ही मालिक है।
