CG – जनपद सदस्य की गई कुर्सी…इस मामले में शिकायत पर लिया एक्शन…!!
मनेन्द्रगढ़। जनप्रतिनिधि होकर लाभ अर्जन के मामले में दोषी पाए जाने पर मनेन्द्रगढ़ चिरमिरी भरतपुर कलेक्टर ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। मनेन्द्रगढ़ जनपद पंचायत के सदस्य मकसूद आलम को कलेक्टर डी राहुल वेंकट ने जनपद सदस्य पद से हटा दिया है।
केल्हारी के भाजपा नेता व विधायक रेणुका सिंह के विधायक प्रतिनिधि रवि गुप्ता की शिकायत पर यह कार्रवाई कलेक्टर ने की है। मनेन्द्रगढ़ जनपद पंचायत अंतर्गत आने वाले जनपद पंचायत क्षेत्र क्रमांक 2 के सदस्य मकसूद आलम द्वारा जनपद सदस्य पद पर रहते हुए अपने जनपद पंचायत क्षेत्र की ग्राम पंचायतों में मटेरियल सप्लाई का काम खुद के फर्म से किया जा रहा था। जनपद सदस्य द्वारा लाखों रुपये की मटेरियल सप्लाई की गई। जिसकी शिकायत विधायक प्रतिनिधि रवि गुप्ता ने वर्ष 2021 में कलेक्टर कोरिया से की गई, लेकिन कांग्रेस नेता व पूर्व विधायक गुलाब कमरो का प्रतिनिधि होने व पूर्व सरकार का संरक्षण प्राप्त होने के कारण कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई। प्रदेश में सरकार बदली और भाजपा सत्ता में आई तब विधायक प्रतिनिधि ने फिर इस मामले की शिकायत मनेन्द्रगढ़ चिरमिरी भरतपुर कलेक्टर से की और कलेक्टर ने पूरे मामले में संज्ञान लेते हुए पूरे मामले की जांच करवाई और मामला सही पाए जाने के बाद कलेक्टर मनेन्द्रगढ़ चिरमिरी भरतपुर डी राहुल वेंकट ने पंचायती राज अधिनियम की धारा 40 (1) के तहत दोषी पाए जाने के बाद जनपद सदस्य मकसूद आलम को तत्काल जनपद सदस्य पद से हटाने का आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
इस पूरे मामले के शिकायतकर्ता विधायक प्रतिनिधि भाजपा नेता रवि गुप्ता ने बताया कि उन्हें क्षेत्र की जनता से लगातार शिकायतें प्राप्त हो रही थी कि, जनपद सदस्य मकसूद आलम द्वारा पद का दुरुपयोग करते हुए पंचायतों में दबाव बनाकर खुद मटेरियल सप्लाई कर लाभ अर्जित कर रहे है। इस पर मैंने 2021 में कलेक्टर कोरिया को शिकायत की थी, लेकिन उस वक्त प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार होने के कारण और मकसूद आलम के जनपद सदस्य होने के साथ ही पूर्व विधायक गुलाब कमरो के प्रतिनिधि होने के कारण कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कि गई। अब प्रदेश में विष्णुदेव साय के सुशासन की सरकार है और भ्रष्टाचरियों पर लगातार कार्रवाई हो रही है उसी के तहत यह कार्रवाई करते हुए मेरी शिकायत पर मकसूद आलम को कलेक्टर ने तत्काल जनपद सदस्य के पद से हटा दिया है।
