गरियाबंद। खोखमा मे मादा भालू का शव जिसकी मृत्यु पोटास बम से हुई थी पड़ा हुआ मिला जिसका जबड़ा फटा हुआ तथा आगे के दोनों पंजे नहीं थे जिसकी सूचना उप निदेशक उवंती-सीतानवी टाईगर रिजर्व गरियाबंद श्री वरुण जैन सर एवं सहायक संचालक (उदंती) मैनपुर श्री गोपाल सिंह कश्यप सर को दी गई. वरिष्ट अधिकारियों के निर्देशानुसार वन विभाग के अधिकारी/कर्मचारियों की टीम उक्त क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत निवास कर रहे ग्रामों में शिकारियों की पतासाजी की गई, संदेह के आधार पर हजारी वल्द तुलसी जाति-गोड़ ग्राम-कालीमाटी के घर में पोटास बम तैयार करने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई जिसकी सूचना सहायक संचालक (उदंती) मैनपुर को देकर उनसे सर्च वारंट जारी करवाकर दिनांक 10.04.2024 को वन विभाग की टीम हजारी पिता तुलसी के घर में दबिश दी गई सर्च करने पर उनके घर से वन्यप्राणियों के अवयव जंगली सुअर का जबड़ा-01नग, खरगोश का फंदा-04 नग, चिड़िया फंदा-01 नग, गोहिया का चमड़ा-01 नग, भालू का चमड़ा-01 नग बाल सहित, भालू का नाखुन-01 नग सुअर का दांत-03 नग जप्त की गई परन्तु मौके पर से आरोपी हजारी फरार होने के कारण संभावित स्थानों पर आरोपी की पतासाजी तथा प्रकरण में आवश्यक नियमानुसार जांच की कार्यवाही वन विभाग की टीम के द्वारा की जा रही है।
अक्त प्रकरण में वन विभाग के अधिकारी/कर्मचारी एंटी पोंश्चिग टीम उदंती-सीतानदी टाईगर रिजर्व गरियाबंद एवं सुरक्षा श्रमिकों का विशेष योगदान रहा।
