आधुनिक खेती का नया अध्याय: अब सहकारी समितियों के जरिए किसानों को मिलेगी ‘ड्रोन स्प्रेयर’ की सुविधा

उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले 27 कर्मचारी और समिति प्रबंधक सम्मानित, किसानों को बांटे गए KCC चेक
रायपुर,21जुलाई 2026/कृषि क्षेत्र में आधुनिक तकनीक को बढ़ावा देने और किसानों को वैज्ञानिक खेती से जोड़ने की दिशा में बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा जिले ने एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि हासिल की है। जिले की 5 प्राथमिक कृषि साख सहकारी समितियों में ‘ड्रोन स्प्रेयर’ सुविधा की आधिकारिक शुरुआत की गई है। राजस्व मंत्री टंक राम वर्मा ने नवीन कृषि उपज मंडी परिसर में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में विधि-विधान से पूजा-अर्चना कर इस महत्वाकांक्षी पहल का शुभारंभ किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रशिक्षित ड्रोन पायलटों ने बारिश की हल्की फुहारों के बीच ड्रोन स्प्रेयर का सफल प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान ड्रोन के माध्यम से उर्वरक और कीटनाशकों के सटीक छिड़काव, समय की बचत, कम लागत और बेहतर कृषि प्रबंधन की तकनीक को प्रदर्शित किया गया।
समय और लागत की होगी बड़ी बचत: मंत्री टंक राम वर्मा
समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए राजस्व मंत्री टंक राम वर्मा ने कहा कि आज का दिन जिले के कृषि इतिहास में स्वर्ण अक्षरों में दर्ज होने जैसा है। ड्रोन तकनीक से कम समय में अधिक क्षेत्रफल में छिड़काव संभव होगा, जिससे रसायनों का संतुलित उपयोग सुनिश्चित होगा। साथ ही किसानों के श्रम और लागत में भारी कमी आएगी। खेतों में सीधे जाने की आवश्यकता न होने से फसलों को होने वाले नुकसान से भी बचाव होगा। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ‘ड्रोन दीदी’ पहल से ग्रामीण महिलाओं और युवाओं को कौशल विकास के साथ आजीविका के नए अवसर प्राप्त होंगे।
रासायनिक खेती छोड़ प्राकृतिक व जैविक खेती अपनाएं किसान
मंत्री वर्मा ने रासायनिक रसायनों के दुष्प्रभावों पर चिंता जताते हुए किसानों से जैविक व प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर लौटने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी प्राचीन कृषि परंपराएं ही सतत (सस्टेनेबल) खेती का आधार हैं। जैविक खेती से भूमि की उर्वरा शक्ति बनी रहती है और खाद्यान्न की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होता है।
इन 5 समितियों से मिलेगी ड्रोन की सुविधा
जिले की बलौदाबाजार, कसडोल, बया, गिर्रा (पलारी) और दामाखेड़ा (सिमगा) सहकारी समितियों में फिलहाल 11 ड्रोन उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं। चालू वर्ष में सहकारिता विभाग ने ड्रोन के माध्यम से लगभग 50 हजार एकड़ क्षेत्र में छिड़काव का लक्ष्य तय किया है।किसानों को अपनी संबंधित समिति में जाकर छिड़काव की तिथि और रकबा (क्षेत्रफल) बताकर पर्ची कटवानी होगी। तय तिथि पर ड्रोन पायलट के साथ मशीन किसान के खेत पर पहुंचेगी। किसान को केवल खाद या कीटनाशक उपलब्ध कराना होगा। इसके लिए प्रति एकड़ एक निर्धारित शुल्क देय होगा।
समितियां बनीं ‘मिनी बैंक’, ऑनलाइन हुए सारे आंकड़े
कार्यक्रम में कलेक्टर ने बताया कि जिले की सभी समितियां अब पूर्णतः कंप्यूटरीकृत हो चुकी हैं। ये समितियां ‘सीएससी’ (CSC) और मिनी बैंक के रूप में कार्य कर रही हैं, जहां माइक्रो एटीएम की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। अब किसानों को 10-20 हजार रुपये के आहरण के लिए बड़े बैंकों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे।
उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले कर्मचारी व प्रबंधक सम्मानित
खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2025-26 में धान खरीदी में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले 17 समिति प्रबंधकों और ई-पैक्स (e-PACS) में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले 10 कर्मचारियों को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। इसके अलावा कार्यक्रम में 9 किसानों को केसीसी (KCC) चेक तथा 2 कृषकों को लर्निंग लाइसेंस का वितरण भी किया गया।इस अवसर पर नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष, पूर्व विधायक प्रमोद शर्मा, जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष, जिला पंचायत सदस्य जिला सहकारी बैंक अध्यक्ष, सहित सहकारिता विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं बड़ी संख्या में कृषक उपस्थित रहे।
