नई दिल्ली — कोरोना वायरस के संकट के बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कल रात 20 लाख करोड़ रुपये के वित्तीय पैकेज की घोषणा की जो देश के कुल घरेलू उत्पाद का 10 प्रतिशत है। आज वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण इस पैकेज की रूपरेखा की घोषणा कर सकती हैं कि इस राहत पैकेज में किस वर्ग को कितनी राहत मिलेगी ? इससे कोविड-19 महामारी और उसकी रोक थाम के लिये लागू पाबंदियों से प्रभावित अर्थव्यवस्था के पुनरूद्धार में मदद और आर्थिक वृद्धि क़ो गति मिलेगी एवं जरूरतमंदों का समाधान होगा।
वित्तीय पैकेज पर छग मुख्यमंत्री की प्रतिक्रिया
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा बीस लाख करोड़ रूपये के पैकेज की घोषणा के प्रतिक्रिया पर छत्तीसगढ़ मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि इस वित्तीय पैकेज का ऐलान बहुत पहले ही हो जाना चाहिये था। उन्होंने कहा कि यह साफ नहीं है कि इसमें मजदूर, किसान, व्यापारी, लघु एवं सीमांत उद्यमियों के लिये क्या है ? उस पर पूरी प्रतिक्रिया तभी दी जा सकती है जब यह पता चले कि कितना पैसा उद्योगों को, कितना व्यापार को, कितना कृषि क्षेत्र को और कितना श्रमिकों को मिल रहा है। आज वित्तमंत्री की घोषणा के बाद ही यह स्पष्ट हो पायेगा कि किस सेक्टर को क्या मिला ? कोरोना संकंट से तो अब तक राज्य सरकारें ही जूझ रही हैं , केंद्र ने तो सिर्फ़ आदेश जारी किये हैं। इस बीच राज्यों की आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत ख़राब हुई है। ऐसे में यह भी देखना होगा कि इस पैकेज में राज्यों को क्या मिलता है। राज्यों को आर्थिक सहायता मिलनी ही चाहिये।
