सभी पंजीयन कार्यालयों में आज से पंजीयन कार्य प्रारंभ

रायपुर — छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा गत 04 मई से रायपुर, कोरबा, कटघोरा और सूरजपुर के पंजीयन कार्यालयों को छोड़कर शेष सभी कार्यालय में दस्तावेजों के पंजीयन की अनुमति दी गयी थी। अब राज्य शासन द्वारा शेष सभी पंजीयन कार्यालय में दस्तावेजों की पंजीयन की अनुमति दे दी गयी है। इस संबंध में सचिव वाणिज्यिक (पंजीयन) विभाग छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा संबंधितों को निर्देश जारी किया गया है । लॉकडाऊन के दौरान पंजीयन कार्यालय में अधिक भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के उद्देश्य से केवल उन पक्षकारों का दस्तावेज पंजीयन कराने की अनुमति दी गयी है जिन्होंने पहले से ही अपॉइंटमेंट बुक कराया हुआ है। इसके साथ ही पंजीयन कार्यालय में उपस्थित होने वाले पक्षकारों एवं गवाहों को कोरोना वायरस की रोकथाम हेतु शासन द्वारा जारी किये गये दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया गया है।
पंजीयन के दौरान एक महत्वपूर्ण सुविधा भी प्रारंभ की गई है इसके तहत अब पक्षकार पंजीयन फीस एवं सेवा शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकता है । इससे पंजीयन कार्यालय में नगद राशि लेनदेन की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी इससे भी कोरोना प्रसार को रोकने में मदद मिलेगी। दस्तावेज पंजीयन हेतु इच्छुक पक्षकार विभाग की वेबसाइट पर जाकर ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट बुक करेंगे और उसी के आधार पर उनके द्वारा निर्धारित समय और स्थान में जाकर अपने दस्तावेज का पंजीयन कार्य करायेंगे। चाहे तो ई स्टाम्प भी ऑनलाइन क्रय कर सकते हैं , एवं पंजीयन के दौरान पंजीयन शुल्क एवं सेवा शुल्क ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
