प्रदेश में आज से जमीन खरीदना होगा महंगा, जमीन रजिस्ट्री में मिली 30% तक की छूट होगी समाप्त
रायपुर | प्रदेश में अब से जमीन खरीदना महंगा हो गया है। राज्य सरकार ने जमीन रजिस्ट्री में 30% की छूट को समाप्त कर दिया है। यह योजना केवल 31 मार्च 2024 तक ही लागू रही है, जिससे पहले जमीन खरीदने वालों को इसका लाभ उठाने का मौका था। लेकिन अब यह योजना आगे नहीं चलेगी। 5 साल पहले जमीन रजिस्ट्री में 30% छूट का प्रावधान था, लेकिन अब इसे समाप्त कर दिया गया है। अब जमीन खरीदने वालों को पंजीयन शुल्क के रूप में पूरी दर से देना होगा।
जानकारी के लिए बता दें, यदि किसी जमीन की सरकारी गाइडलाइन दर 700 रुपये हैं तो छूट खत्म होने के बाद जमीन की सरकारी गाइडलाइन दर 910 रुपये हो जाएगी। 2019 की गाइडलाइन दर अब 31 मार्च 2024 तक लागू रहेगी। नई गाइडलाइन तय करने के लिए मार्च के दूसरे हफ्ते में प्रदेश के ज्यादातर जिलों ने शासन को प्रस्ताव भेजा था कि गाइडलाइन रेट कम होने की वजह से सरकारी राजस्व में लगातार बढ़ोतरी हो रही है। ऐसे में इस साल यानी 2023-24 के लिए भी सरकारी कीमत में बढ़ोतरी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
