कार में गुड़ाखू तंबाकू और पान मसाला की ट्रांसपोर्टिंग

खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन की कार्रवाई में पकड़े गए दो व्यापारी
बलौदाबाजार। लंबे समय की खामोशी के बाद खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने तेवर दिखाए और तंबाकू और पान मसाला की बड़ी खेप पकड़ने में सफलता हासिल की। इस काम में उपयोग की जा रही डस्टर कार ज़ब्त कर ली गई है और दो के खिलाफ मामला बनाकर न्यायालय में चालान पेश कर दिया गया है।
लॉक डाउन के बाद प्रतिबंधित की गई गुड़ाखू तंबाकू और पान मसाला की बिक्री अभी बड़े पैमाने पर ऊंची कीमत पर की जा रही है। प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई के बावजूद इसका अवैध परिवहन कई तरीके से किया जा रहा है। इन तरीकों में निगाह रखते हुए खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन को शनिवार को उस वक्त सफलता मिली जब टीम ने सरसीवा प्रवेश करते हुए एक लग्जरी कार को रोकने का संकेत दिया टीम के संकेत पर गाड़ी रुकी गाड़ी में सवार लोगों में पहले तो मामला को टालने का प्रयास किया लेकिन सफल नहीं हुए। कार की जांच में प्रतिबंधित पान मसाला तंबाकू और गुड़ाखू पकड़ी गई। सरसीवा थाना में मामला पंजीबद्ध किया गया और चालान बनाकर न्यायालय में पेश कर दिया गया है।

खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी उमेश वर्मा के नेतृत्व में खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन की टीम ने सरसीवा के पास डेरा जमाया हुआ था कुछ ही देर बाद एक लग्जरी कार आती हुई दिखाई दी नंबर था सीजी 13w 6252 इसमें सवार मयंक अग्रवाल और सुरेश अग्रवाल से पूछताछ की गई सवाल के जवाब संतोषजनक नहीं मिलने पर गाड़ी की तलाशी में 100 पैकेट राजश्री पान मसाला, 100 पैकेट केपी तंबाकू और 500 नग तोता छाप गुड़ाखू मिला। जप्त कर लिया गया है। जबकि सामग्री की कीमत 30 हजार आंकी गई है।
न्यायालय में पेश
अपर कलेक्टर जोगेंद्र नायक के निर्देश पर हुई कार्रवाई में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी उमेश वर्मा और उनकी टीम के साथ सरसीवा पुलिस ने इस कार्रवाई में सहयोग दिया और चालान बनाकर सरसीवा न्यायालय में पेश कर दिया है।
