नई दिल्ली — प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने आज बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के मौके पर राष्ट्र को शांति और सहयोग का संदेश देते हुये कोरोना संकट में लोगों के सेवाभाव की खूब तारीफ की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार परिस्थितियांँ अलग हैं, दुनियाँ मुश्किल वक्त से गुजर रही है। आपके बीच आना मेरे लिये सौभाग्य होता लेकिन मौजूदा स्थिति इसकी इजाजत नहीं देती है। भारत आज बुद्ध के कदमों पर चलकर हर किसी की मदद कर रहा है, फिर चाहे वो देश में हो या फिर विदेश में, इस दौरान लाभ-हानि को नहीं देखा जा रहा है।
भारत बिना स्वार्थ के साथ इस वक्त दुनियाँ के साथ खड़ा है, हमें अपने साथ-साथ अपने परिवार, आसपास की सुरक्षा करनी होगी। संकट के समय में हर किसी की मदद करना ही सबका धर्म है।अस्पताल से लेकर सड़क तक कई लोगों मानवता की सेवा में जुटे हुये हैं। संकट के इस दौर में नागरिकों का जीवन बचाने की पूरी कोशिश की जा रही है। आज देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में, दुनियाँ में अपनी-अपनी तरह से लोगों की सेवा कर रहा है। फिर चाहे सड़क पर लोगों को कानून का शासन करवाना हो या बीमार का ईलाज करना हो, हर कोई अपनी ओर से सेवा कर रहा है। आज दुनियाँ उथलपुथल है, ऐसे वक्त में बुद्ध की सीख जरूरी है। हमारा काम निरंतर सेवा भाव से होना चाहिये , दूसरे के लिये करुणा-सेवा रखना जरूरी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि दुनियाँ इस समय संकट से गुजर रही है , भारत इस समय विश्व हित में काम कर रहा है और हमेशा करता रहेगा। हताशा और निराशा के दौर में भगवान बुद्ध की सीख और ज्यादा प्रासंगिक हो जाती है।
