गरीब परिवारों को जून माह में भी मिलेगा निःशुल्क चाँवल

रायपुर — प्रदेश में कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) के संक्रमण की रोकथाम के प्रबंधन के अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अप्रैल और मई माह की तरह गरीब परिवारों को जून माह का भी चाँवल निःशुल्क प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिये हैं।छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा अंत्योदय, प्राथमिकता, निःशक्तजन, एकल निराश्रित और अन्नपूर्णा राशन कार्डधारियों को जून माह का चाँवल निःशुल्क वितरित किया जायेगा। इसके साथ राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत प्रचलित राशन कार्डधारियों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना तथा छत्तीसगढ़ खाद्य एवं पोषण सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत प्रचलित अंत्योदय एवं प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के राशन कार्डधारियों को नियमित आबंटन के साथ अप्रैल से जून तीन माह के अतिरिक्त चावल का निःशुल्क वितरण एक मई से प्रारंभ किया जायेगा। राज्य सरकार के खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता संरक्षण आयुक्त द्वारा इस संबंध में आदेश जारी करते हुये उचित मूल्य दुकानों में वितरण के समय राशन कार्डवार आबंटन की पात्रता की सूची का प्रदर्शन अनिवार्य रूप से करने तथा सभी राशन कार्डधारियों को उनकी पात्रता के बारे में सूचित करने के निर्देश जारी किये हैं। आदेश के तहत् राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम (एनएफएसए) अंत्योदय राशनकार्ड में प्रत्येक सदस्य को तीन माह की अतिरिक्त पात्रता 15 किलो प्रति सदस्य होगी (5 किलो प्रति सदस्य प्रति माह)। इस तरह से अंत्योदय राशनकार्डधारियों को जून महीने में चावल वितरण की मात्रा इस प्रकार होगी- एक सदस्य वाले कार्ड को जून महीने का नियमित आबंटन 35 किलो के साथ अप्रैल से जून तक अतिरिक्त चाँवल 15 किलो के साथ जून महीने में कुल 50 किलो चावल का निःशुल्क वितरण होगा। इसी तरह दो सदस्य वाले कार्ड को नियमित आबंटन 35 किलो के साथ तीन महीने का अतिरिक्त चाँवल 30 किलो के साथ कुल 65 किलो, तीन सदस्य वाले कार्ड को 35 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 45 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन को मिला कर 80 किलो, चार सदस्य वाले कार्ड को 35 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 60 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन को मिला कर 95 किलो और पाँच सदस्य वाले कार्ड पर 35 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 75 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन को मिला कर 110 किलो चाँवल निःशुल्क दिया जायेगा।
प्राथमिकता राशनकार्डधारियों को जून महीने में चाँवल वितरण की मात्रा के तहत पाँच से अधिक सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड में तीन माह का अतिरिक्त आबंटन 09 किलो प्रति सदस्य होगा (3 किलो प्रति सदस्य प्रति माह) इस तरह से एक सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को जून महीने में 10 किलो, दो सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को 20 किलो, तीन सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को 35 किलो, चार सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को 35 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 15 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन मिलाकर 50 किलो, पांच सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को 35 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 45 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन मिकाकर 80 किलो और छह सदस्य वाले राशनकार्ड को 42 किलो नियमित आबंटन के साथ 54 किलो अतिरिक्त आबंटन मिलाकर 96 किलो चावल जून महीने में निःशुल्क दिया जायेगा। अन्नपूर्णा, एकल निराश्रित, निःशक्त जन राशनकार्ड में जून महीने के नियमित मासिक आबंटन का निःशुल्क वितरण किया जायेगा।
