गुनसरी – तखतपुर ।ग्राम पंचायत गुनशरी में शासकीय उचित मूल्य की दुकान से राशन पिछले 2 महीने से वितरण नहीं किया गया है । वहीं वैश्विक महामारी के चलते केंद्र और राज्य सरकार बहुत गंभीरता से अंतिम पंक्ति के लोगों को राशन उपलब्ध कराने कटिबद्ध है । सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार जनपद पंचायत तखतपुर के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत गुनसरी में शासकीय उचित मूल्य की दुकान का संचालन सपुरा माता स्व सहायता समूह व्यवस्थापक कांति देवी भंडारी (गुलजीत भंडारी) के नेतृत्व में संचालित की जा रही है । एक माह की राशन की गड़बड़ी की शिकायत खाद्य निरीक्षक से की गई मामले में उन्होंने जांच में गड़बड़ी होने की बात कही है ।ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि दो मांह का राशन एक साथ वितरण करने की आदेश राज्य सरकार ने की थी लेकिन यहां केवल 1 माह का राशन कुछ लोगों को दिया गया है ।बहुतों को नहीं दिया गया ।
चावल के वितरण में भारी धांधली स्पष्ट नजर आ रही है । वितरक चावल वितरण पिछले 2 सप्ताह से ग्रामीणों को झांसा देता रहा है और अभी तक उन्होंने वितरण नहीं किया है । चावल वितरण को लेकर ग्रामीणों से गुलजीत भंडारी ने मारपीट की है जिसकी शिक़ायत . तखतपुर थाने में की गई है ।निरीक्षक पर अधिकारियों ने समूह संचालक को 1 सप्ताह के अंदर मई माह का राशन ग्रामीणों को वितरित करने कहा था । जो अब तक नहीं हुआ है ।
भूपेंद्र जोशी तहसीलदार व मनोज बघेल खाद्य निरीक्षक ने कहा कि उक्त संबंध में समूह संचालक पर कार्रवाई का रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराया जाएगा । उन्होंने जांच में देखा कि अप्रैल मई के लिए 193- 193 क्विंटल राशन आवंटित हुआ है । इसमें से एक माह का राशन कुछ लोगो को वितरित किया गया है । साथ में मई माह की की इंट्री राशन कार्ड में कर दी गई है । जो कहीं न कहीं पूरी राशन की घपले की अंदेशा को करती है । ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पिछले 5 साल से दुकान में मिट्टी तेल का वितरण नहीं किया जाता है ।मिट्टी तेल और राशन का खेल पंचायत में वर्षों से जारी है । विभागीय अधिकारियों के साठगांठ से ही इस तरह की हेरा फेरी संभव है । इस ग्रामीणों में काफी आक्रोश है । वही इस प्रतिनिधि को जानकारी मांगने पर राशन दुकान संचालक गुलजीत भंडारी ने मारपीट की धमकी दी थी ।
