अनुकरणीय कार्य, स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय भिलाई के कुलपति डॉ एम के वर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री आपदा कोष में दिए 2 लाख एवं अन्य स्टाफ एक दिन का वेतन देने की घोषणा

भिलाई । आज पूरा देश इस समय नोवेल कोरोना वायरस (COVID-19) के संक्रमण से जूझ रहा है । इसके कारण अपने राज्य छत्तीसगढ़ में भी संकट की स्थिति बनी हुई है । इस आपात स्थिति में COVID-19 से लड़ने के लिये छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय, भिलाई और इसके संघटक महाविद्यालय, VEC, लखनपुर के सभी फैकल्टी और स्टाफ ने इस महामारी के खिलाफ चल रही मुहिम के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष में अपने एक दिन का वेतन कुल रुo 1,68,505 सहयोग राशि के रूप में दिया है ।
इसके अतिरिक्त छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानन्द तकनिकी विश्विद्यालय (CSVTU) के कुलपति डॉo एम के वर्मा ने रुo 2,लाख मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष में देने की घोषणा की है। साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय के समकुलपति प्रोo मनोज कुलश्रेष्ठ और कुलसचिव डॉo के के वर्मा ने क्रमशः रुo 51,000 एवं रुo 21,000 अलग से कोष में देने की घोषणा की है।
विश्वविद्यालय ने अपने सम्बद्ध सभी महाविद्यालयों से भी कोरोना महामारी से मिलजुकर लड़ने के लिये सरकार की यथासंभव मदद करने की अपील की है । साथ ही इस लाकडाऊन के समय विश्वविद्यालय अपने छात्रों के लिये ओनलाईन शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम का भी संचालन कर रहा है।
