सम्मानीय महोदय
उपरोक्त विषयातंर्गत मेरे द्वारा पूर्व में वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 में कुछ कार्य अनुशंसा किया गया था जिनकी अनुमति शासन में लंबित है ऐसे लंबित कार्यो की अनुशंसा में परिवर्तन कर वर्तमान में कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से बिलासपुर की जनता के बचाव और रोकथाम हेतु मै अपने विधायक निधि के 20 लाख रुपये को स्वास्थ्य विभाग अनुदान हेतु अनुशंसित करता हूं ।
आपसे निवेदन है कि इस 20 लाख रुपये राशि को तत्काल कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से बिलासपुर को बचाने हेतु उपयोग करने का कष्ट करें।
