बिलासपुर। हाईकोर्ट की उप-महाधिवक्ता हमीदा सिद्दीकी विदेश से आये मेहमानों के साथ शादी समारोह में शामिल होकर लौटीं और उसके बाद महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय में रखी गई एक बैठक में किसी को सूचना दिये बगैर शामिल हो गईं। वह यहां करीब 20 मिनट तक बैठी रहीं। शाम को जब एडवोकेट जनरल को इसका पता चला तो उन्होंने कलेक्टर, एसपी से इसकी शिकायत की। प्रशासन तुरंत हरकत में आया। अब महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय के एजी, एडिशनल एजी, डिप्टी एजी सहित 14 लोग सेल्फ क्वैरेन्टाइशन में अपने घरों में कैद हो गये हैं।
छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट में उप-महाधिवक्ता हमीदा सिद्दीकी मूलतः अम्बिकापुर की हैं। जानकारी मिली है कि बीते 22 मार्च को पहले लाकडाउन के दिन उन्होंने अम्बिकापुर के एक होटल में अपने एक रिश्तेदार के घर पर आयोजित विवाह समारोह में भाग लिया। इस समारोह में 200 से ज्यादा मेहमान थे, जिनमें से चार लोग विदेश से आये हुए थे। लॉकडाउन के दौरान समारोह रखने और धारा 144 लागू होने के बावजूद एकत्र होने की शिकायत मिलने पर पुलिस-प्रशासन ने होटल जाकर बड़ी मशक्कत के बाद समारोह को रुकवाया। होटल के मालिक तथा दो अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ पुलिस ने धारा 188 के तहत अपराध दर्ज कर लिया। वहां पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कुछ लोगों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया और ब्लड सैंपल भी लिया। इस मामले में प्रशासन ने गंभीरता नहीं दिखाई क्योंकि समारोह में शामिल शेष लोगों के लिए उन्होंने कोई दिशा-निर्देश नहीं दिया। बताया जाता है कि जिन लोगों का ब्लड सैंपल लिया गया उनकी रिपोर्ट भी जल्दी आ गई, जिसे निगेटिव बताया जा रहा है। ज्ञात हो कि छत्तीसगढ़ मे सिर्फ एम्स रायपुर में कोरोना वायरस का टेस्ट इस समय हो रहा है, जो बहुत जल्दी नहीं मिलता। हालांकि अब बिलासपुर, रायपुर व प्रदेश के अन्य स्थानों पर मौजूद दो निजी लैब भी इसके लिए अधिकृत किये गए हैं।
