महासमुंद। महासमुंद में प्रस्तावित मेडिकल काॅलेज के लिए केंद्र सरकार से अंततः हरी झंडी मिल गई। राज्य शासन से भेजे गए ड्राफ्ट पर केंद्र सरकार की ओर स्वीकृति दे दी गई है। महासमुंद में 325 करोड़ की लागत से मेडिकल काॅलेज का निर्माण होगा। इधऱ विधायक विनोद सेवनलाल चंद्राकर ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव ने मेडिकल काॅलेज की सौगात दिलाने पर आभार जताया है।
गौरतलब है कि 20 नंवबर 2019 को विधायक श्री चंद्राकर की मौजूदगी में रायपुर से पहुंचे एडिशनल डायरेक्टर डाॅ निर्मल वर्मा, रजिस्टार डा जितेंद्र तिवारी व असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर डा प्रतीक प्रधान ने मेडिकल काॅलेज के लिए ग्राम खरोरा के पास स्थल निरीक्षण करने के साथ ही जिला चिकित्सालय में उपलब्ध संसाधनों का जायजा लिया था। बाद इसके विधायक श्री चंद्राकर ने डीएमई डाॅ एसएल आदिले से चर्चा कर मेडिकल काॅलेज खोले जाने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने चर्चा की। जिस पर 12 दिसंबर 2019 को चिकित्सा शिक्षा के संचालक ने प्रमुख अभियंता को पत्र लिखकर काॅलेज के लिए ड्राइंग व प्राक्कलन उपलब्ध कराने कहा था। विधायक श्री चंद्राकर ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की सहमति के बाद छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा इसका प्रस्ताव बनाकर भारत सरकार को भेजा गया। जिस पर केंद्र सरकार की ओर से महासमुंद में 325 करोड़ की लागत से मेडिकल काॅलेज के निर्माण के लिए स्वीकृति दी गई है। इसमें केंद्र का 60 प्रतिशत व राज्य सरकार का 40 प्रतिशत शेयर होगा। विधायक श्री चंद्राकर ने बताया कि यह महासमुंद जिले के लिए एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। इसके लिए वे शुरू से प्रयासरत रहे हैं। इसकी स्वीकृति मिलने की खबर मिलने पर उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव से बात कर उन्हें धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया है। वहीं विधायक श्री चंद्राकर के लगातार प्रयास से मेडिकल कालेज का रास्ता खुलने पर नवनियुक्त जिलाध्यक्ष डा रश्मि चंद्राकर, जनपद पंचायत अध्यक्ष भागीरथी चंद्राकर, जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष लक्ष्मण पटेल, दाउलाल चंद्राकर, हुलासगिरी गोस्वामी, अरूण चंद्राकर, राजेंद्र चंद्राकर, अमर चंद्राकर, खिलावन साहू, संजय शर्मा, नानू भाई, सती साहू, अरुणा शुक्ला, तारा चंद्राकर, शेख छोटे मिया, प्रकाश साकरकर, अमन चंद्राकर, कुणाल चंद्राकर, गौतम सिन्हा, सीटू सलूजा, अतुल गुप्ता, आलोक नायक, नारायण नामदेव, आवेज खान, दारा साहू, रोशन पटेल, थनवार यादव, किशन देवांगन, देवेंद्र चंद्राकर, अनवर हुसैन, वीरेंद्र चंद्राकर, संतोष साहू, हर्ष शर्मा, विराज चंद्राकर, शिव यादव, जितेंद्र यादव, विजय बांदे, दिलीप जैन, गौरव चंद्राकर, जब्बर चंद्राकर, निर्मल जैन, तोषण कन्नौजे ने आभार जताया है।
अगले सत्र से प्रारंभ हो जाएगा काॅलेज-चंद्राकर
विधायक श्री चंद्राकर ने मेडिकल काॅलेज की स्वीकृति मिलने पर जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों से चर्चा की। जिस पर उन्हें बताया गया कि राशि मिलने के साथ ही मेडिकल काॅलेज निर्माण की दिशा में काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। अगले सत्र से काॅलेज शुरू होने की संभावना है। काॅलेज खुलने से क्षेत्र के प्रतिभावान युवाओं को डाॅक्टरी की पढ़ाई करने सर्वसुविधायुक्त संस्थान मिल सकेगा। मेडिकल काॅलेज की स्थापना विकास के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। विधायक श्री चंद्राकर ने मेडिकल काॅलेज को लेकर राजनीति करने वालों पर पलटवार करते हुए कहा कि मेडिकल काॅलेज की स्थापना के लिए पांच महीने पहले से ही कवायद शुरू हो गई थी तब वे कहां थे। अब जब इसकी स्वीकृति मिली है तब श्रेय लेने आगे आ रहे हैं। जबकि क्षेत्र की जनता जानती है कि मेडिकल काॅलेज के लिए किसने प्रयास किया है।
