छत्तीसगढ़ में का बनेगा योगासन का वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड : दो हजार से अधिक योग साधकों ने सेतुबंध आसन का किया पूर्वाभ्यास
रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग द्वारा आयोजित सामूहिक योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम के तहत् सेतुबंध आसन का वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाने लगभग 2 हजार योग साधकों ने आज सुबह रायपुर के बूढ़ापारा स्थित स्वर्गीय बलबीर जुनेजा इंडोर स्टेडियम में पूर्वाभ्यास किया। छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग द्वारा 10 सितंबर को सुबह 9 बजे से 11 बजे तक सेतुबंध आसन का सामूहिक प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश भर से आए हजारों लोगों द्वारा सामूहिक योगाभ्यास कर गोल्डन बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड में अपना स्थान दर्ज कराया जाएगा।
योग आयोग के अध्यक्ष ज्ञानेश शर्मा ने बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग द्वारा लोगों को योग के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक करने और स्वस्थ जीवन शैली के लिए प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग पहले भी गोल्डन बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड में अपना स्थान बना चुका है। सामूहिक योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम में आधे घंटे तक सेतुबंध आसन के साथ-साथ अन्य आसनों, प्राणायामो तथा ध्यान का अभ्यास भी कराया जाएगा। छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी जिलों के प्रतिभागी सामूहिक योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे। 2 हजार से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने सामूहिक योगाभ्यास के लिए पंजीयन कराया है। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में जनप्रतिनिधि और नागरिकगण भी शामिल होंगे। उन्होंने सभी नागरिकों से ‘योग’ के रिकॉर्ड प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने का आव्हान किया है।
