मुख्यमंत्री ने राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस की दी शुभकामनाएं,खिलाड़ियों और खेल प्रेमियों को दी बधाई
रायपुर. मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस 29 अगस्त पर प्रदेशवासियों, खिलाड़ियों और खेल प्रेमियों को बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। बघेल ने हॉकी के जादूगर मेजर ध्यानचंद के योगदान को याद करते हुए कहा कि हॉकी के जादूगर कहे जाने वाले मेजर ध्यानचंद ने अपने खेल से देश सहित पूरे भारतवासियों का सिर गर्व से ऊंचा किया है। उनके सम्मान और याद में हर साल हम ध्यानचंद जी के जन्मदिवस को खेल दिवस के रूप में मनाते हैं।
इस मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने कहा कि खेलों का जीवन में बहुत महत्व होता है। खेल से व्यक्तित्व में नेतृत्व, समर्पण, अनुशासन जैसे गुण विकसित होते हैं जो जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में सफल होने के लिए मदद करते हैं। वहीं मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं के लिए खेल के क्षेत्र में असीम संभावनाएं हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार राज्य की खेल प्रतिभाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने और आगे बढ़ाने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा, यहां राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खिलाड़ियों को उभारने के लिए खेल विकास प्राधिकरण के गठन सहित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर की खेल अधोसंरचनाओं का निर्माण किया गया है। स्थानीय खेल प्रतिभाओं को पहचानने, निखारने और उचित मंच देने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़िया ओलंपिक की शुरूआत की गई है। इससे युवाओं को खेल के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने का मौका मिलेगा।
