बिलासपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ी लोक सांस्कृतिक विकास मंच के पदाधिकारी ने आज संजीव कुमार झा कलेक्टर बिलासपुर से मुलाकात कर छत्तीसगढ़ी पर्व एवं लोक सांस्कृतिक के आयोजन एवं विसर्जन पर होने वाली समस्याओं से अवगत कराये । विकास मंच के संयोजक भुवन वर्मा ने समस्याओं को क्रमवार जानकारी दिए । जिसमें सर्वप्रथम जवारा, भोजली, गणेश, दुर्गा ,गौरा गौरी विसर्जन एवं एवं अन्य धार्मिक आयोजनों हेतु एक भव्य घाट के रूप में तोरवा पुल के ऊपर हिस्सा स्मृति वाटिका व ऊर्जा पार्क के पीछे नदी के किनारे को विकसित करने की मांग किये । विदित हो कि बिलासा की पावन नगरी बिलासपुर अरपा नदी के दोनों तट पर विकसित है । वर्षों तक छोटे बड़े धार्मिक आयोजन एवं विसर्जन घाट के रूप में पचारी घाट अपनी दायित्व निर्वहन करते आ रहा था । जो वर्तमान में स्मार्ट सिटी बनने पर लगभग समाप्त हो चुका है ।
तोरवा पुल अरपा नदी के ऊपरी साईड स्मृति वाटिका एवं ऊर्जा पार्क के पीछे नदी के किनारे लगभग एक किलोमीटर की लंबाई को जवारा, भोजली, दुर्गा,गणेश,गौरा गौरी विसर्जन घाट के रूप में विकसित कर सौंदर्यीकरण करने की मांग समिति के सदस्यों ने की है । वर्तमान में शहर की बढ़ती जनसंख्या के अनुसार हमारे लोक सांस्कृतिक पर्व जवारा, भोजली, गणेश, दुर्गा,गौरा गौरी एवं अन्य धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों उपरांत विसर्जन के लिए एक उपयुक्त स्थल नहीं है। उक्त मांगों को कलेक्टर बिलासपुर में गंभीरता से सुनते हुए यथाशीघ्र सुव्यवस्थित करने की बात कही है ।वही छत्तीसगढ़ी लोक संस्कृतिक विकास मंच के पदाधिकारियों ने भूपेश बघेल मुख्यमंत्री छत्तीसगढ़ शासन सहित अंचल के सांसद, विधायकों एवं आयोग के अध्यक्ष, महापौर एवं सदस्यों को ज्ञापन देकर पूर्ण सहयोग के साथ विकसित करने की मांग की है ।
