फीजी । विश्व मे दो प्रकार की भाषाएं हैं एक भारतीय जीवन मूल्यों से उपजी भाषाएं और दो गैर भारतीय जीवन मूल्यों से उपजी भाषायें।
जहाँ तक भारतीय जीवन मूल्यों से उपजी भाषाएं हैं उनमे सहज समन्वय स्थापित होता है लेकिन समस्या तब आती है जब गैर भारतीय जीवन मूल्यों से उत्पन्न भाषाएं यथा अंग्रेजी, उर्दू ।उनके शब्दों का भारतीय भाषाओं में अनुवाद करना चाहते हैं ।भारतवर्ष की लगभग सभी भाषाएं संस्कृत भाषा से उत्पन्न हुई है उनकी धातु है ,वचन है ,काल है विभक्ति है ,लिंग है उनका गुण धर्म है ।इसलिए व्याकरण की दृष्टि से वैज्ञानिक और परिपक्व है। यह परिपक्वता दूसरी भाषाओं में दिखाई नहीं पड़ती। पाणिनी की व्याकरण और पतंजलि का स्वर विज्ञान दोनों ने मिलकर भारतीय मूल की भाषाओं को शुद्ध किया है ।इसलिए वे परस्पर प्रेम में रहती है और उनमें अनुवाद की समस्या नहीं होती सहज ही समन्वय स्थापित हो जाता है ।देशज भाषा जिन्हें बोलियां कहते हैं ,उनका भी मूल स्रोत संस्कृत है, भारतीय जीवन मूल्य हैं ,इसलिए उनमें भी परस्पर अनुवाद करने में कोई समस्या नहीं होती। समस्या तब आती है जब अंग्रेजी और उर्दू के शब्दों के पर्यायवाची शब्दों को ढूंढते है। हिंदी में जैसे धर्म शब्द का अनुवाद अनुवाद अंग्रेजी में नहीं है ।रिलीजन या मजहब सही अनुवाद नहीं है। दर्शन फिलॉसफी नहीं है । सेक्युलरिज्म धर्मनिरपेक्षता नहीं है । मोहताज और रोजगार जैसे शब्दों का कोई हिंदी में सही शब्द नहीं मिलता।
आचार्य बाजपेई ने अपने वक्तव्य में कहा भाषा पर गंभीर अनुसंधान की आवश्यकता है जिससे समन्वय स्थापित हो और विश्व में शांति आ सके। उन्होंने आगे भी कहा कुछ ऐसे बीज मंत्र होते हैं जिनका अनुवाद संभव नहीं है और उसकी आवश्यकता ही नहीं होती। उनके उच्चारण मात्र से कल्याण होता है j
आचार्य बाजपेई ने अपने संबोधन में कृत्रिम मेधा के उपयोग में सतर्कता बरतने की बात की। प्राकृतिक मेधा का कोई विकल्प नहीं होता।
ज्ञातव्य हो कि आचार्य बाजपेई फिजी में संपन्न होने वाले विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन में सम्मिलित होने के लिए गए हुए हैं । वे 18 फरवरी 2023 को वायुयान से बिलासपुर लौटेंगे।
