दंतेवाड़ा। छत्तीसगढ़ श्रमजीवी पत्रकार कल्याण परिषद की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक शनिवार दोपहर दंतेवाड़ा पुराने विश्राम गृह में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में जहां बस्तर के पत्रकारों की समस्याओं पर व्यापक चर्चा हुई वहीं यह मांग भी उठी कि छत्तीसगढ़ में प्रत्येक मीडिया संस्थान से मात्र दो पत्रकारों को ही अधिमान्यता देने की परंपरा को खत्म कर उन सभी पत्रकारों को अधिमान्यता पत्र जारी किया जाना चाहिए जो किसी मीडिया संस्थान में कम से कम पांच साल तक नियमित अपनी सेवाएं दे चुके हैं, वहीं इस भी इस बात पर आम सहमति बनी कि किसी भी मीडिया संस्थान में पांच साल तक नियमित सेवाएं दे चुके सभी पत्रकारों को शासन द्वारा निर्धारित पेंशन सुविधा का लाभ मिलना चाहिए। बैठक के दौरान दक्षिण बस्तर जिला दंतेवाड़ा छत्तीसगढ़ श्रमजीवी पत्रकार कल्याण संघ का गठन किया गया। सर्वसम्मति से चंद्रकांत क्षत्रीय को अध्यक्ष मनोनीत किया गया है।
पत्रकारों की बैठक में इस बात पर चर्चा हुई कि एक तरफ मीडिया संस्थान पत्रकारों को 58 साल की उम्र में रिटायर कर देता है इसलिए पत्रकारों को सीनियर सिटीजनों को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं का लाभ नहीं मिल पाता, इसमें संशोधन किया जाना चाहिए। वहीं यह बात भी सामने आई कि शासन प्रत्येक मीडिया संस्थान के सिर्फ जिला कार्यालयों के दो पत्रकारों को ही पत्रकार अधिमान्यता देती है, जबकि हर संस्थान में कम से कम पांच साल तक पत्रकार अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में शेष पत्रकार स्वयं को उपेक्षित महसूस करते हैं और उन्हें किसी प्रकार की शासकीय सुविधा का लाभ नहीं मिल पाता, इसलिए बैठक में इस बात पर चर्चा हुई कि संस्थान में कम से कम पांच साल तक कार्य करने वाले सभी पत्रकारों को अधिमान्यता पत्र जारी किया जाना चाहिए। इसी तरह कम से कम पांच साल तक एक ही संस्था में नियमित सेवाएं देने वाले पत्रकारों को सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद पेंशन का लाभ दिया जाए। बैठक के दौरान छत्तीसगढ़ श्रमजीवी पत्रकार कल्याण संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बीडी निजामी, प्रदेश महासचिव विजय लागड़े, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष हरजीत सिंह पप्पू के अलावा बस्तर और दंतेवाड़ा जिला के 30 से अधिक पत्रकार बैठक में मौजूद रहे।
