हाईकोर्ट ने भर्ती विज्ञापन पर लगाई रोक : आरक्षक भर्ती मामला

बिलासपुर– आरक्षक भर्ती मामले में हाईकोर्ट की डिवीजन बेंच ने आगामी सुनवाई तक भर्ती विज्ञापन पर रोक लगा दी है। हाईकोर्ट के सिंगल बेंच से आरक्षकों की याचिका खारिज हुई, जिसके बाद डिवीजन बेंच में आरक्षकों ने याचिका लगाई थी। सरकार ने आरक्षक भर्ती नियम में बदलाव किया था। हाईकोर्ट में इसके खिलाफ तीस से ज्यादा याचिका लगाई गई थी।
गौरतलब है, कि 2259 पदों पर आरक्षको की भर्ती निरस्त करने के विरुद्ध दायर याचिका को उच्च न्यायालय की सिंगल बेंच द्वारा खारिज किए जाने के बाद उच्च न्यायालय की प्रशांत मिश्रा व गौतम चौरड़िया की डबल बेंच में चुनौती दी गई। मामले पर सुनवाई के बाद उच्च न्यायालय ने शासन द्वारा आरक्षक भर्ती के लिए जारी किए, जाने वाले विज्ञापन पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगाते हुए शासन को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब तलब किया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 13 जनवरी तय हुई है।
बता दें, कि जस्टिस भादुरी की बेंच ने पिछली सुनवाई में याचिकाकर्ताओं की याचिकाओं को खारिज करते हुए कहा था, कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए जारी किए गए विज्ञापन मे तब की रमन सरकार के द्वारा बनाए गए नियम के तहत भर्ती होनी थी, लेकिन राज्य में सरकार बदलने के बाद नई सरकार ने पहले के नियम में संशोधन कर दिया, और संशोधित नियमों के तहत क्योंकि पूर्व की भर्ती प्रक्रिया नहीं हो रही थी। 2017 में हुए आरक्षक परीक्षा के परिणाम जारी नहीं किए जा रहे थे जिसको लेकर उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की गई थी। जिस पर न्यायालय ने 2 महीने के भीतर डीजीपी को मामले का निराकरण करने हेतु आदेश जारी किया था। लेकिन शासन द्वारा आरक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को निरस्त कर दिया गया। 2259 पदों के लिए होने वाली इस भर्ती को निरस्त करने के खिलाफ 30 से ज्यादा याचिकाकर्ताओं ने उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की थी।
