बिलासपुर– मोटी रकम की लालच में रिटायर्ड टीआई के चोरी की साजिश रचने वाले वकील समेत 3 लोगो को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है, और उनके पास से डेढ़ लाख रु जब्त कर कार्रवाई कर रही है।
मामले का खुलासा करते हुए एडिशनल एसपी ओ पी शर्मा ने बताया, कि बीते दिनों थाना सकरी अंतर्गत आसमां कॉलोनी में रहने वाले रिटायर्ड टीआई एस सी शुक्ला के घर अज्ञात चोरों द्वारा मकान का ताला तोड़ घर मे रखे सोने चांदी के जेवर समेत नगदी पर कर दिया था, घटना के बाद से लगातार पुलिस द्वारा सीसीटीवी फुटेज की जांच की जा रही थी, कि सूचना मिली की घटना के दिन टिकरापारा में रहने वाले राजेश पासी उर्फ गोलू को आस-पास घूमते हुए देखा गया था। सूचना पर तत्काल राजेश को पकड़कर पूछताछ करने पर उसने अपने अन्य साथियों के साथ मिलकर वारदात को अंजाम देना स्वीकार किया।
पड़ोसी वकील निकला मास्टरमाइंड
हैरानी तो इस बात की है, कि एक वकील ने ही पूर्व पुलिस अधिकारी के घर चोरी की कहानी लिखी, और इसमें कई शातिर चोरों को अपना साथी बनाया, घटना 21 नवंबर की है। आसमा सिटी में रहने वाले रिटायर्ड थाना प्रभारी एस सी शुक्ला अपने पारिवारिक कार्य से दिल्ली गए हुए थे घर सूना था। आसमा सिटी में ही रहने वाले पेशे से अधिवक्ता सतीश सिंह ठाकुर को इसकी जानकारी थी। रिटायर्ड पुलिस अधिकारी के घर मोटा माल होने की उम्मीद में उसने कुछ शातिर चोरों को अपने साथ मिलाया, और एस सी शुक्ला के घर चोरी की कहानी लिखी, रात में कंबल ओढ़ कर कुछ चोर घुसे और सूने मकान का फायदा उठाते हुए करीब साढे तीन लाख रुपए की चोरी की, लेकिन यहां कुछ सीसीटीवी कैमरे भी लगे थे, लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी उन कैमरो में एक चोर का चेहरा नजर आ ही गया, जांच के दौरान पुलिस को पता चला, कि सीसीटीवी में दिख रहा चोर टिकरापारा क्षेत्र का रहने वाला है। लिहाजा पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की, तो मामला परत दर परत खुलता गया, और पता चला, कि इस चोरी का मास्टरमाइंड आसमा सिटी में ही रहने वाला वकील सतीश सिंह ठाकुर है।
सतीश अपराधियों के साथ काम करते-करते उसमें भी अपराधिक प्रवृत्ति आ गई, और उसने चोरी जैसे संगीन वारदात की साजिश रची। इस मामले में पुलिस ने मास्टरमाइंड वकील सतीश सिंह के साथ राजेश पासी और केशव यादव को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। लेकिन इस मामले का एक और आरोपी दयालबंद निवासी संजय खरे अभी भी फरार है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों से चोरी की रकम में से डेढ़ लाख रुपए बरामद कर लिए हैं, बाकी की रकम आपस में बांटने और खर्च करने की बात कही जा रही है।
