मुंबई. सरकार गठन को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति के बीच महाराष्ट्र में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू कर दिया गया है। राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने कैबिनेट की सिफारिश को मंजूरी दे दी। राज्यापाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी ने भी राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने को लेकर राष्ट्रपति के पास रिपोर्ट भेजी थी। राष्ट्रपति शासन को लेकर शिवसेना ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दो याचिकाएं दाखिल कर तत्काल सुनवाई की मांग की है। बताया जा रहा है कि कपिल सिब्बल शिवसेना की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पैरवी कर सकते हैं। राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी ने सबसे पहले सबसे बड़े दल भाजपा को सरकार बनाने का न्योता सौंपा था। लेकिन, भाजपा ने सरकार गठन की इच्छा जाहिर नहीं की। इसके बाद शिवसेना को न्योता दिया गया। लेकिन, शिवसेना ने 2 दिन का वक्त मांगा था।
राजभवन ने इससे इनकार कर दिया। इसके बाद तीसरे सबसे बड़े दल राकांपा से राज्यपाल ने सरकार बनाने की इच्छा के बारे में पूछा। राकांपा ने कहा कि हमें मंगलवार रात 8:30 बजे तक का वक्त सौंपा गया है।
