रायपुर. केंद्र सरकार ने छत्तीसगढ़ का चावल खरीदने से इनकार कर दिया है. मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को चिट्ठी लिखा था. फिर भी चावल खरीदी को लेकर कोई पहल नहीं हुई. अब कांग्रेस ने आंदोलन का ऐलान कर दिया है. कांग्रेस संचार विभाग के अध्यक्ष शैलेश नितिन त्रिवेदी ने रविवार को आंदोलन का कार्यक्रम और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को लिखे जाने वाले पत्र का प्रारूप जारी किया है. त्रिवेदी ने बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की बैठक में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिये गए.
ब्लाक, जिला व प्रदेश स्तर में होगा आंदोलन
1. ब्लाक स्तरीय आंदोलन धरना प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा. 5 नवंबर को बस्तर , 6 नवंबर दुर्ग, 7 नवंबर को सरगुजा और 8 नवंबर को बिलासपुर और रायपुर संभाग के समस्त ब्लाक मुख्यालयों में प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा.
- जिला स्तरीय आंदोलन- 9 नवंबर को बस्तर और दुर्ग, 10 नवंबर को सरगुजा, 11 नवंबर को बिलासपुर और रायपुर संभाग के समस्त जिला मुख्यालयों में प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा.
- प्रदेश स्तरीय आंदोलन- 13 नवंबर को राजधानी रायपुर से नई दिल्ली सड़क मार्ग से प्रस्थान करेंगे.
किसान हस्ताक्षर अभियान
समस्त ब्लाकों में बूथ स्तर पर किसानों और आम जनों का हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाते हुए हस्ताक्षर युक्त पत्र 10 नवंबर तक जिला मुख्यालय तथा 11 नवंबर को जिला मुख्यालय से प्रस्थान कर 12 नवंबर तक प्रदेश मुख्यालय पहुंचेंगे. 13 नवंबर को प्रदेश मुख्यालय से एआईसीसी नई दिल्ली के लिए प्रस्थान करना
