छतीसगढ़ के मुख्य मंत्री भूपेश बघेल, कल वीडियो में लाठी भांज रहे थे आज कोड़ा की मार परम्परा को निभाते फोटो वायरल है, पोला हरेली तिहार पर गेड़ी चढ़े। जनता के बीच वह इस तरह लोकप्रिय दिखते हैं, पर जनता ने उनको विकास के लिए चयन किया है।
छतीसगढ़ में किसी को यह बताने की जरूरत नहीं कि आप इन सब परम्पराओं से परिचित है या रचे बसे हैं।डाक्टर रमन सिंह ने प्रदेश को जहां तक पहुंचाया उससे सतत आगे बढ़ते देखने की आस आपसे प्रदेशवासी लगाए हैं। आज की राजनीति में विकास की धारा जब थमी तो वही से उतरन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई। समय जाते देर नहीं लगता और गया वक्त हाथ नहीं आता। जनता आज भी राजतंत्र में रहती है वह राजशाही स्वागत की परंपरा से उबरी नहीं है, मगर जनशाही सरीखा त्वरित विकास चाहती है।
अब तक किसानों और आदिवासियों के लिए आप और आपकीं टीम ने जो किया स्वागतेय है। पर आसन्न चुनौतियों पर प्राथमिकता से काम करना होगा, धान खरीदी शुरू होने वाली है।खरीदी धान बारिश में बर्बाद होता रहता है। राज्योत्सव में करीना की जरूरत नहीं, लोक कलाकारों और अच्छे कवियों का मंच मिले।
बरसात हो रही है, इसका रबी की फसल पर क्या इम्पेक्ट होगा। राजस्व के हजारों-हजार मामले लम्बित है,पटवारी पैसे लेते पकड़े जा रहे पर ऊपर के अधिकारियों को आंच नहीं आती। धुरवा पर कोई काम नहीं, नरवा बंधान का वक्त है,तभी जल ।राशि जहां की है वहाँ ।लाभकारी होगी,और ‘बाड़ी’ लाभदायक, गोठान का काम कहाँ तक पहुंचा, सड़क पर पशुधन ना रात बेमौत मारा जाये,इसे बचाने जन अभियान खड़ा होगा।नगरीय निकाय के चुनाव का वक्त सामने है,यह सब फोटो, लाभकारी साबित होगीं, ऐसा लगता नहीं। एकादशी से रावत नाच शुरू होंगे, इसमें पशुधन संवर्धन संरक्षण के लिए जागृति की जोत जलानी होगी।दिल्ली में शिक्षा,चिकित्सा में उल्लेखनीय बदलाव बाद आज से महिलाओं के लिए निशुल्क बस सेवा, और उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए मार्शल नियुक्त किये गए हैं।
आज काम ही पहचान है,काम होना और वही दिखना चाहिए, काम करने को बहुत है,जन अपेक्षा से संगठन तक। जितना बड़ा बहुमत याने उतनी अपेक्षा और काम।
