अब सरकारी विभागों का टेंडर ऑन लाईन नहीं मैनुअल होगा : छत्तीसगढ़ीयों की भागीदारी बढ़ाने भूपेश सरकार का बेहतर निर्णय

रायपुर– प्रदेश की भूपेश सरकार ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है, जिसके मुताबिक अब किसी भी विभाग का टेंडर ऑनलाइन की जगह अब मैनुअल होगा। सरकार का तर्क है, कि मैनुअल प्रक्रिया से स्थानीय लोग और ठेकेदारों को ज्यादा ये ज्यादा मौका मिलेगा।
मालूम हो, कि ई-टेंडरिंग घोटाला सामने आने के बाद सरकार ने सरकार ने टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने का फैसला लिया था। घोटालों की आशंका के बाद सरकार ने मैनुअल टेंडर की सीमा को 20 लाख तक बढ़ा दिया था। सरकार ने नगर निगम, परिषद और पंचायतों के लिए 5 लाख से ऊपर के टेंडर के लिए मैनुअल टेंडर निर्धारित किया था।
