CD कांड पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CBI की मांग पर राज्य में चल रहे मुकदमे पर रोक लगा दी

छत्तीसगढ़ CD कांड मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल और उनके सलाहकार को नोटिस जारी कर कुछ दिन पहले ही CBI ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी लगाई थी की CD स्क्रैंडल में चल रही सुनवाई को राज्य से बहार करवाया जाये। जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने CBI की मांग पर राज्य में चल रहे मुकदमे पर रोक लगा दी है और मामले पर छत्तीसगढ़ में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल और उनके सलाहकार विनोद वर्मा को नोटिस जारी कर जबाव मांगा
बतादेंकी कुछ दिन पहले CBI ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी लगाकर मामले की सुनवाई राज्य से बहार कहीं और करवाने की याचिका दायर की थी। जिसमे CBI ने दलील दी थी की इस मामले से जुड़े गवाहों को अब धमकाया जा रहा है, उन्हें झूठे केस में फंसाया जा रहा है, लिहाजा ट्रायल छत्तीसगढ़ से बाहर ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाए।
जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रदेश के मुखिया भूपेश बघेल और उनके सलाहकार विनोद वर्मा को नोटिस जरी कर जबाव मांगा है।
है।साथ ही राज्य में चल रहे मुकदमे की सुनवाई पर रोक भी लगा दी है।
