छत्तीसगढ़ के शासकीय कर्मचारियों की बल्ले बल्ले, दीपावली के पहले मिलेगा अक्टूबर का पगार

सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने राज्य के अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को बड़ी खुशखबरी दी है। भूपेश सरकार ने कर्मचारियों को अक्टूबर माह का वेतन दिवाली के पहले 24 और 25 अक्टूबर को भुगतान करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। राज्य सरकार के वित्त विभाग द्वारा सभी विभागों, विभागाध्यक्षों, संभागीय कमिश्नरों, जिला कलेक्टरों और अध्यक्ष राजस्व मंडल को इस संबंध में निर्देश जारी कर दिए गये हैं।
राज्य कर्मचारियों को अक्टूबर महीने का वेतन दिवाली से पहले मिल जाएगा। वित्त विभाग ने शुक्रवार को इसके आदेश जारी कर दिए। आदेश के मुताबिक अक्टूबर महीने के वेतन का भुगतान 24 और 25 अक्टूबर को होगा। सामान्य तौर पर राज्य कर्मचारियों को महीने के आखिरी दिन वेतन मिल जाता है। इस नियम से अक्टूबर के वेतन का भुगतान 31 तारीख को होता। उससे पहले ही दिवाली से जुड़े त्यौहारों की पूरी श्रृंखला है। इसको देखते हुए सरकार ने छत्तीसगढ़ कोषालय संहिता भाग-एक के सहायक नियम 206 (2) का इस्तेमाल किया है। इस नियम के तहत सरकार ने समय से पहले कर्मचारियों के खाते में वेतन की राशि पहुंचाने का फैसला किया।
शुक्रवार को वित्त विभाग ने सभी विभागाध्यक्षों, आयुक्तों और कलेक्टरों को इसके आदेश भी जारी कर दिए। सरकार के इस फैसले से प्रदेश के साढ़े तीन लाख कर्मचारियों को दिवाली से पहले ही तनख्वाह मिल जाएगी। राज्य सरकार ने 10 अक्टूबर को कर्मचारियों को सातवें वेतनमान के बकाए के भुगतान का आदेश जारी किया था।
