ओबीसी आरक्षण वृद्धि के समर्थन में हाई कोर्ट में दायर हस्तक्षेप याचिका

राज्य की भूपेश बघेल सरकार द्वारा पिछड़ा वर्ग के आरक्षण प्रतिशत में बढ़ोतरी किये जाने के विरोध में छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की गई है जिस पर सुनवाई होनी है वही आरक्षण के समर्थन में कांग्रेस पिछड़ा वर्ग प्रकोष्ठ के लक्ष्मी कुमार गहवई की ओर से हस्तक्षेप याचिका दायर करते हुए पिछड़ा वर्ग के आरक्षण प्रतिशत में सरकार द्वारा की गई वृद्धि को जायज ठहराया गया है ।
आरक्षण केसमर्थंन में दायर हस्तक्षेप याचिका दायर करने के सम्बंध में याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से जारी बयान में जो कहा गया है वह कुछ इस तरह है
