रायपुर के प्रायवेट अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद अमित जोगी को गौरेला पुलिस अपने साथ लेकर उपजेल में दाखिल किया।जमानत मिलते तक अमित को अब गौरेला जेल में रहना होगा।
बता दें, कि 11 तारीख की रात अमित जोगी को मोवा स्थित बालाजी अस्पताल लाया गया था। अमित जोगी नागरिकता के मामले में गौरेला जेल में थे।
यहां पर तबियत खराब के चलते उन्हें बिलासपुर अपोलो अस्पताल से रायपुर रेफर किया गया था। जहां इलाज के बाद आज उन्हें डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया, और पुलिस ने उन्हें वापस पेंड्रा के गोरखपुर जेल में दाखिल किया।
