अब कुपोषण से मुक्त होगा हमर छत्तीसगढ़, स्वास्थ्य और समृद्ध की ओर अग्रसर होगा

मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा है कि स्वस्थ और समृद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ के निर्माण के लिए हमें आने वाली पीढ़ी को कुपोषण से मुक्त करना होगा। आज नक्सलवाद से भी बढ़ी चुनौती कुपोषण है। कुपोषण से मुक्ति राज्य सरकार की पहली प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सुपोषण अभियान में यदि सामाजिक संगठन एक-एक गांव को गोद ले लें, तो गांवों का काया कल्प हो जाएगा। कुपोषण मुक्ति के लिए राज्य सरकार के साथ सभी वर्गों का सक्रिय सहयोग भी जरूरी है।
मुख्यमंत्री कल रविवार देर रात एक निजी समाचार चैनल स्वराज्य एक्सप्रेस और यूनिसेफ द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम ‘सुपोषित छत्तीसगढ़ की ओर‘ को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कुपोषण को दूर करने में उल्लेखनीय भूमिका निभाने वाली संस्थाओं और लोगों को सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम में वन मंत्री श्री मोहम्मद अकबर, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती आनिला भेंडिया सहित अनेक गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में कुपोषण नक्सलवाद से भी बड़ी समस्या हैं। प्रदेश को इस समस्या से मुक्त करने के लिए बस्तर अंचल से शुरूआत की गई है। राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी जी की 150 जयंती पर इसे पूरे प्रदेश में संचालित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आज छत्तीसगढ़ के 37.6 प्रतिशत बच्चे और 41.5 प्रतिशत महिलाएं कुपोषण से पीड़ित हैं। सुपोषण का अर्थ केवल पेट भरना नहीं है भोजन में वे सभी तत्व होने चाहिए जो शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास के लिए जरूरी हैं। कुपोषण के लिए सप्लीमेंटरी फूड पर्याप्त नहीं है। भोजन के माध्यम से नियमित रूप से शरीर के लिए आवश्यक तत्व मिलने चाहिए। भोजन में किन किन चीजों का समावेश करना चाहिए, इसके लिए जन जागृति की भी जरूरत है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि सुपोषण अभियान के लिए पहले कलेक्टर ने सरपंचों की बैठक ली तब सरपंचों ने इस कार्यक्रम के लिए पंचायत भवन देने से मना कर दिया। टंेण्ट लगाकर इस की अभियान की शुरूआत हुई। स्वसहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने भोजन पकाया, कुपोषित बच्चों और महिलाओं को भोजन के लिए आमंत्रित किया। अब प्रदेश के सुदूर अंचलों की पंचायतों में यह अभियान पूरे उत्साह से चल रहा है। जबकि नक्सलियों ने इसका विरोध किया है। गांव के लोग कह रहे हैं इस कार्यक्रम से हमें बढ़िया गरम भोजन मिल रहा है तो क्यों इसे बंद करेंगे। लोगों को लग रहा है कि ये सरकार हमारे लिए काम कर रही है।
