एसईसीएल की कोयला खदान धंसने से दो मजदूरोंं की मौत
- उत्पादन बढ़ाने के चक्कर में सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी बताई जा रही हादसे की वजह
- दो कर्मचारी गंभीर रूप से जख्मी, चल रहा इलाज
- बैकुंठपुर स्थित झिलमिली में भूमिगत खदान में हुआ हादसा
अस्मिता और स्वाभिमान, बैकुंठपुर। एसईसीएल (secl) बैकुंठपुर (baikunthpur) एरिया के पाण्डवपारा अंतर्गत झिलमिली में भूमिगत कोयला खदान (coal mines) धंसने से मंगलवार तड़के 3:30 बजे दो मजदूरों (laborer) की मौत हो गई।
जबकि दो कर्मचारी (employee) गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए, जिन्हें स्थानीय अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। खबर लिखे जाने तक कुछ और कॉलरी कर्मचारियों के खदान में फंसे होने की जानकारी मिली है। जिन्हें बचाने के लिए राहत व बचाव कार्य जारी था। वहीं हादसे की जानकारी मिलने पर जिले के आला अधिकारी भी मौके पर पहुंच गए और मामले पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं।
इस बीच स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि हादसे की वजह एसईसीएल (secl) बैकुंठपुर एरिया प्रबंधन का लालच है। लोगों की मानें तो एसईसीएल प्रबंधन का सारा ध्यान किसी भी तरह उत्पादन बढ़ाने पर है। इसकी वजह से खदानों में सुरक्षा नियमों की अनदेखी की जा रही है, जिससे खदानों में आए दिन छोटी-बड़ी दुर्घटनाएं हो रही हैं। इसके बावजूद भी एसईसीएल (secl) प्रबंधन द्वारा मजदूरों की सुरक्षा को लेकर कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए जा रहे हैं।
पुलिस को नहीं दी जानकारी :
एसईसीएल (secl) प्रबंधन ने इतने बड़े हादसे की जानकारी तत्काल पुलिस को देना मुनासिब नहीं समझा। अन्य माध्यमों से सूचना मिलने पर तत्काल खदान पहुंची पुलिस ने मजदूरों के रजिस्टर व अन्य जानकारियां जब्त कर ली है। वहीं खदान धंसने से मौत का मामला दर्ज कर जांच भी शुरू कर दी है।
साथ ही इसकी जानकारी जिला स्तर के अधिकारियों को भी दे दी। वहीं इस मामले में एसईसीएल के उच्च अधिकारियों ने कुछ भी कहने से इनकार कर दिया।
दर्जनभर मजदूर व कर्मचारी कर रहे थे काम
जानकारी के अनुसार, कोरिया जिले के एसईसीएल (secl) बैकुंठपुर एरिया के पाण्डवपारा अंतर्गत झिलमिली भूमिगत खदान में मंगलवार की सुबह करीब 3.30 बजे यह हादसा हुआ।
जिससे उस वक्त ड्यूटी पर मौजूद लगभग दर्जन भर कॉलरी मजदूर व कुछ कर्मचारी दब गए। अन्य मजदूरों ने तत्काल अधिकारियों को सूचना दी और खदान के अंदर दबे 4 लोगों को निकाला गया। चारों को अस्पताल पहुंचाने पर डॉक्टरों ने दो मजदूरों को मृत घोषित कर दिया, जबकि दो कर्मचारियों को इलाज चल रहा है।
मजदूरों की सुध लेने हॉस्पिटल नहीं पहुंचे अफसर :
जानकारी के अनुसार, झिलमिली खदान में दुर्घटना के बाद घायल कर्मचारियों को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वही मृत मजदूरों के शवों को भी रखा गया है, जहां मृतकों के परिजन का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल हो गया। लेकिन एसईसीएल प्रबंधन के आला अधिकारी करीब 2 घंटे बाद भी मजदूरों की सुध लेने के लिए नहीं पहुंचे, जिससे परिजन और श्रमिक नेताओं में काफी आक्रोश है।
